Wow. Blown away by the shape of the course. Pristine is a good word for it. Basically had the course to myself which was nice because it was a beautiful day to just chill and play at a leisurely pace. Almost already regretting leaving a good review as this place should be packed every day.

Nice course, can be challenging, great value for money.

Will play again definitely

Let’s start with the positives...the course was in very rough shape a year ago, really rough shape. Over the course of the past year, the sand traps have been filled in and groomed nicely; likewise for the fairways that used to have many big patches of mud where seeding didn’t take and weeds were overtaking the fairways but there is still a bit of a weed problem on the fairways and greens. Those fairway bare spots are better now with minimal bare spots except for a couple holes. Most of the greens are postage stamp sizes with weed issues as well so very challenging to your approach shots and everything runs off to the edges. A few tee boxes are being re-sodded but most were in good shape. It’s a narrow course with minimal to no forgiveness on all of the holes with either condos or heavy trees and brush on one side or the other throughout. It’s not particularly long but it will demand you best game of control and accuracy. We have been one of less than 6 total groups on the course each of the last 3 times we’ve played so pace is fantastic! Clubhouse staff has been very nice and extremely helpful. It’s worth playing at least once to see if you like the layout and whether or not the course condition meets your own standards of play. Hit’m straight and long; good luck.

The course has a but of a funky layout and it isn’t in the BEST condition, but for the money it is a great value and its a fun course to play. Hole 8 is awesome!

The staff is great. The course is ok. My only complaint is that is narrow. For a beginner golfer like myself it’s a problem. But you cannot beat the price.

Course is nicely kept, and has a nice layout. Not too challenging but not too easy. Staff is wonderful, and the guy in the pro shop is a great help.

Not a bad course but was not in the greatest condition. Average layout between all the apartments, decent clubhouse but very friendly staff.

Somewhat challenging. A few of the greens need work. A few of the fairways need work. And some of the tee boxes need work. Some growing pains going on. It looks promising that things will be in great shape in the next several weeks. Staff is great. Pro shop is pretty good.

Some positives and some negatives on this course, but overall,meh. Pro shop guys were very nice. Problems are that the course is routed between a number of apartment buildings, and there are large gaps between the holes. Cart is mandatory, and even worse, cart path only throughout the course. Not well marked from hole to hole and it is easy to get lost. Also, no OB markers, or stakes designating water hazards, which cost me at least one ball.extremely narrow fairways. Hit it straight or bring a lot of balls. Conditions were not bad, and pace of play good only because no one was out there. No real off course amenities. No beer in the clubhouse, a big negative. The biggest problems though are the routing of the course which is confusing, and it's way too narrow for all but the straightest of hitters in places
