Reviews
Very Hilly
Fairways were in ok shape, greens were just sanded so kind of bumpy.
Pace of play was limited due to a 5some in front of us.
Over crowded
When I went to book a tee time on GolfNow it showed most of the day wide open. When I arrived at the course it was an entirely different story. By hole 2 I was already waiting for groups in front and by hole 9 we were stacked up 8 groups deep. I ended joining a 2 some to try and help with pace, but by the time we finished our round of 18 took 5 hours. The course was a good challenge, but not a single sole took care of their divots on the green. I probably fixed over 50 divots over the course just so I could line up a put. There is great potential for this course, but I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon or at all for that matter.
Things seen to be slipping
The course itself was in pretty good shape and the layout is one of favorites. On the downside, the cart paths are a crash and lawsuit just waiting to happen. There was also no water in the coolers and this was before 2pm.
PRETTY BUT CHALLENGING COURSE
First time playing so I was unfamiliar with all the trouble one could encounter. Several shots were "blind" and the scorecard really didn't help me much. I would play the course again. Cart paths were treacherous and not for the faint of heart. Some very steep inclines and in need of much repair.
Tough but Fair
I have played this course several times before, and it was in decent condition. The greens had been airified recently, so they were a bit slow and bumpy. They had been mowed that morning however.
It has some very quirky holes on the back, and unless you know where to hit it, you can get in trouble.
My only complaint was not having the tee markers out. It is the end of March!
Overall a good experience.
Great test for all skill levels!
The course was in excellent shape. Greens and fairways were pristine.Highly recommend!!
Enjoyable and challenging golf course
Really enjoyed a re-visit to Eagle Knoll Golf club. The clubhouse was being upgraded and still offered great service in the midst of construction. Course is in great condition and provides some fun putting and driving challenges. This is a great place to enjoy a round of golf.
Wonderful Course!
Eagle Knoll is my favorite course! I would recommend to everyone! Staff is very friendly and accommodating!
No Rain Check
The course was nice as always but it rained us out on the fifth hole. The course said I need to get a rain check from Golf Now but they don’t make it easy to get a rain check using the app. After an hour of trying I gave up. $68 for 5 holes. What a deal!! I’ll think twice about using Golf Now to book my tee times in the future.
