Spring Valley Golf Course
About
Spring Valley Golf Course is a public, 18-hole course that features a rolling, hilly terrain with stately Cottonwood trees that are over 75 years old sprinkled throughout. Designed by Ross Graves, the golf course took over three years to construct, which is understandable considering its elevation of 6400 feet and its hilly terrain. The course is 7,180 yards from its championship tees with a par of 72. Golfers will have to employ their short game for this course. Spring Valley Golf Course's signature hole is the 17th, which is a par-3 that requires a tee shot not only through trees but also over a creek that winds through the course. There is also plenty of wildlife, including rabbits, deer, and antelope, for those who enjoy animals.

Great Golf
The course was well taken care of and the staff was excellent. I loved the 18 at Spring Valley.
Great round of golf!
Played this course many times in the past. Spring Valley did an excellent job with course renovation in the off season. The course is challenging but also forgiving. Best condition I have seen this course in many years and it’s only May. Looking forward to many rounds here this season. Highly recommend to everyone.
Additionally, the restaurant is excellent. The staff is friendly, great beer options and food is excellent.
Open!!
After the floods of 2023 the course is looking great. New greens on 11, 14, and 17 are growing in nicely. New staff all around are doing a phenomenal job. Looking forward to the season.
Tsreview
The course has come along way. Still working on it will make the experience better.
Back open again
Course has a lot of improvements after last years flood that ended with course being closed for 11 months.
At least 3 greens totally rebuilt (big improvement)
New cart path bridges..Also some cart path work has been done.
Fairways do have better grass coverage. And bunkers have been leveled with more sand added.
Some of the old split rail fence has been removed.
Spectacular Spring Vally Golf Course
The best description of the “new” SVGC is spectacular! The redesign of the holes severely damaged by the flood add challenge with fairness. New bridges are attractive and exceptionally well constructed.
The fairways are improved and the rough is lush. The design improvements on hole number 8, 11 and 17 are highlights.
Special congratulations & thanks to the leadership and staff. Job well done!!!
Great condition for being so badly damaged last year
The course was in great condition. There were a few areas still kinda rough but getting there. Staying in the fairway is getting to be a must as the rough is getting rougher😀
New Beginnings
Being a member for several years has been a pleasure. The recent changes have brought in a friendly and professional team to continue its development. The changes after the recent washout have so far been impressive. Still a ways to go, but definitely going forward and in the right direction.
Much is new at Spring Valley!
After the flood in 2023 many improvements are visible at Spring Valley.
Greens and flags have been added to the range enabling practice shots to specific distances. The new practice chipping area is considerably larger than before with two target flags on the green. Grass on the fairways has never been better. Work is still continuing to improve drainage in some areas where there is excess water. New grass is coming in nicely. Greens look good and the extensive improvement has been noted on enlarged eleven and the removal of the green side bunker on fourteen is welcome.
The golf shop staff is friendly, helpful and efficient and the food in the Spring Valley restaurant has always been good.
Golfers of all skill levels will enjoy playing at here!
A little run down
The course feels a bit run down compared to a few years ago. Everywhere it’s spongy and a bit patchy. Still a good quality course for the area, but not for the price. Also, people out there aren’t always going to be the friendliest or most courteous golfers. I unfortunately won’t be going back just because there are many other courses in Parker and Aurora that are better.
coarse is in good shape
played 2 months ago, was wondering if they could get in shape but the rains have given them excellent conditions. had a great time!
Over priced for rough course conditions
As much water and hazards that there were on the course there is no reason it should have been $97. It was cart path only on the entire course. It should have been some sort od discounted pricing.
Fun layout and good conditions
I played spring valley with some friends today. The course layout is a lot of fun with some good variety. The conditions for the course were really nice. The fairways were well maintained and the greens were good with a small dead spot just on one green. The staff was friendly and the pace of play was good. I would recommend this course if you're down in this area.
One of my favorites
About a 40 minute drive for me but worth it. Nice rural location and priced reasonably enough.
Nice flat but challenging course
Course was in great shape and has some interesting holes .. Will play again
Spring Valley is ok
New carts are nice. Overall condition of the course is very good. Temporary green on #2 is irritating- this problem has persisted for way too long.
Lightning
I played 5 holes then lightening set in so that was it we left. Tried to cancel knowing storms were coming but could not. Would like refund.
