Nice Course, Lots of Trees
Grass was in great shape, especially for November. Greens were good also. Course has almost no rough. Some of the fairways were quite tight due to overhanging, large oak trees. Very little sand or water. A nice place to play, and a good value for the money.
Great course for a great price
Course was in great shape, always challenging with the oak trees throughout the course. Went to eat at the restaurant afterwards and the chicken fried ribeye was excellent.
Club in the Country not a Country Club
Sad to say this course has gone down hill since they improved the clubhouse. Not because they course was in bad shape but because of the antic they allow on this course. Play is slow on any given day because they allow groups of 6, 8 or 10 are allowed. Don't expect a quiet round either. It's not uncommon to hear music blasting from golf carts across several fairways. Don't expect management to intervene in anyway, they endorse the behavior.
Love the course.
The Golf Now price made it well worth the hour + drive to play.
A great place to spend an afternoon.
Easy to find, in good shape, the Pleasanton golf course is a good value. Not too long or crowded, it was a fun place to play. The fairways and greens were well maintained and in good shape. They have leveled the old clubhouse and starting on the new one, but that does not take away from the course.
