Course is in great condition and green were kind of slow due to the recent rains we had and had water puddles in the fairway. Like that the staff had cart path rules for these conditions . Like the challenge with the tree layout through the course.
practice
It was very disappointing that I couldn't practice before playing.
Greens
All 19 greens, that's including the practice green, have two different types of grass on them in different areas in different patches that you have to put over both areas. One's got nice speed and the others really slow. Fix the grass on the greens and you have the best value course I've ever played.
You can do better
The course doesn’t have a flow ball washing stations we’re empty or broken
Everything was great! Just wished I had more time to finish the back 9. Started raining and my schedule didn't permit waiting on the rain to pass. Greens were excellent! Bigger signs to direct us blind folks to the next hole but it was a fantastic morning!
