This ain’t no cow pasture
Great course, long fairways and the greens have to be some of the best I have ever played on. I like the layout of the course, but they could put signs out to get you to next hole. First time I played was 3.5hrs the second was 3 hrs, so the pace is great and folks are friendly to let you play through. I wish they had a beer and food cart but there is a great restaurant onsite. Also they should have tacos at the pro shop for breakfast but that is just a personal preference. Overall I would honestly say if you haven’t played Pleasanton that you are honestly cheating yourself out of a great course. I also like if you hit a long ball there are some greens that are drivable but again good luck widen you get on a green they roll so good and are super challenging. I have played 3 times and will probably play again today..
Overall good value
Was a little dry, not very green, could be just the time of year. But overall friendly staff. Not very busy so got to take our time. Nice course lay out with many trees. Would go back again.
This course is great for me
I love to play this course. I’m a beginner and it’s prefect. The price is good too. Love the country scenery. The staff is very friendly.
Great Value.
Friendly people, cart ready to go, good maintenance and course conditions. What's not to like?
Great course that isn’t crowded
This is the second time playing this course and have loved it both times. Went a few days back before a rain and it was in great condition. Rained over the weekend and the course was still in great shape. Not crowded at all and very fun and spacious. Will definitely return.
Country Golf
A great country golf course with beautiful oak trees that make you think your way around the course. The layout forces course management as many trees get in your way. A fun course and the restaurant is a great place to end your day.
Greens and fairways okay
Good value for the money, but nobody will think they are playing at a resort course. Greens and fairways were okay. Rough struggling with south Texas heat.
I will play again.
Those Trees!
Pleasanton CC has a beautiful golf course that is perfect for big drivers. Warch out for those trees though...
Great course, great condition.
Very nice course in good condition. Pro shop needs some personality. We thanked the attendant and he said “ No Problem”. It shouldn’t be a problem when a customer shows up! There wasn’t many choices at the turn for refreshments. I have been away for awhile but really do like the course. I’ll be back.
