Babe Didrikson Zaharias Memorial Golf Course

       About
This course was amed after Mildred "Babe" Didriksen Zaharias, who is considered one of the greatest athletes of all time-she won two gold medals in the 1932 Olympics and excelled in every sport she ever tried. This Leon Howard-designed 18-holer is burdened by the Gulf winds but is generally hacker-friendly, tipping out at only 6,700 yards and offering minimal water hazards.

Poor Condition
This course is not known for even average course conditions but the greens are almost unplayable right now.
good course for the money
Fairways were good, greens still need a little work, but overall a fun course to play.
Good course very challenging
challenging course good shape conveniently located
Go have fun
First time playing the course, typically beaumont course. Not in great shape, tons of ant hills. Some greens in decent shape. I enjoyed my time out there despite the condition. Some challenging holes to place.
Drive slow in fairways
Rough fairways, need a little water, grass sparse
greens were surprisingly nice. If you play the ball up
up can find some grass in fairway, But for the money it was good
Bad Ride
The fairways are full of potholes needs to level and sand the course. The greens are coming back after a bad winter.
Horrible
If you like playing golf on dirt and feel like having back surgery because of the potholes then this is the place for you.
