Conditions awful - greens beat up, not cut nor rolled. Pace of play brutal (2.5 hrs for 9)

Please buy more carts

Value for the buck is great. They need to buy more carts. I had a tee time and waited for 30 minutes for a cart to return. This wouldn’t be terrible if there was an option to walk. However, the ride to the first hole is an over a mile away.

Course has mostly flat except for the 1st hole. Not much car traffic to be heard which makes for a peaceful round of golf. A few elevation changes and mounds on the greens.
