Northampton Valley Country Club
About
Northampton Valley Country Club, proudly owned by Northampton Township, the golf course first opened in 1963. It is well known among locals as one of the Greater Philadelphia area's best courses. The layout has a classic design with tree-lined fairways and gently sloped greens. Several strategically placed bunkers lurk along the greens and there are a few water hazards that come into play as well. The par-70 golf course is a manageable 6,400 yards from the back tees. It's a traditional design that is player friendly enough for all skill levels but there are risk-reward opportunities that will appeal to low handicappers. In addition to the golf course, Northampton Valley has a driving range with new range balls which is open to the public and a 10,000 sq. ft. practice green with a pristine sand trap for patrons to work on their short game.

Good day spoiled by golfers breaking rules
Overall, it was a good day of golf, great weather, course a bit wet, but it rained recently, so it's not a course's fault. Unfortunately, the last few holes, we had to follow a 6-some, which no one controlled. No rangers in sight, and multiple calls to the clubhouse remained unanswered.
Awesome People Great Course
First time I play in Pennsylvania. Course was beautiful, from start to finish the staff was amazing. The food and beverages incredible. Try the burgers!!! Course was easy, conditions were very good. The greens were a little slow to my taste but in great shape. I hope to return in another trip.
Haven't Played Here in Awhile
Haven't played Northampton in a few years - usually out of my price range and not many Hot Deals offered. Glad to have another shot at this track. Course was in great shape. They do a good job maintaining the conditions. Starter was friendly and helpful. Carts have GPS although I use my own. Some tight fairways but not too bad. Rough was alittle thick. Easy to lose balls even just off the fairway. I would suggest cutting it a little lower - we amateurs could use a break. Pace of play was slow but still enjoyable. Our group wasn't holding anyone up due to our late tee time and we weren't waiting for groups in front. We were slowed by balls being lost in the rough (and elsewhere). Overall good day. Oh, watch for the deer - they own the place.
If you like a 5 hour round this course is for you.
The front still not a bad pace of place but as soon as you get on the 10th it’s just standing around. Greens used to be a lot better about 2 years ago. Has gotten a lot worse recently.

Course was in great shape.. We got paired with two good guys, but there was no reason for CART PATH ONLY.. It did not affect my, or my son’s, round, but for the older players in the heat, not good.
Great course!
Course was in excellent condition with several challenging holes. A fun course to play!

Great bar and food at restaurant and staff very friendly
Well maintained
Course is in very good condition. Rough tended to be a little high for the type of grass. Difficult to find balls in the rough just off the fairway.
