About
Northampton Valley Country Club, proudly owned by Northampton Township, the golf course first opened in 1963. It is well known among locals as one of the Greater Philadelphia area's best courses. The layout has a classic design with tree-lined fairways and gently sloped greens. Several strategically placed bunkers lurk along the greens and there are a few water hazards that come into play as well. The par-70 golf course is a manageable 6,400 yards from the back tees. It's a traditional design that is player friendly enough for all skill levels but there are risk-reward opportunities that will appeal to low handicappers. In addition to the golf course, Northampton Valley has a driving range with new range balls which is open to the public and a 10,000 sq. ft. practice green with a pristine sand trap for patrons to work on their short game.

BB Review
Northampton has done a very good job of removing obstructive trees, redoing the bunkers several years ago and fixing the drainage.
The course is fun and in good shape.
I always enjoy playing here.
Slow play, not great finish
I’ve played this course twice and both time was just a constant waiting to play a shot. Slow slow slow pace of play. Played in the evening after work and on 17 green ranger tells us we can’t play 18 as he goes out to get still here golfers off the course. Come on, just let us finish there was plenty of light and others to come in yet.
We were only able to play 9 holes and they wouldn’t give us a rain check for the other 9. I’ve done this here before because they don’t have a 9 hole rate and it was never a problem but for some reason today they told me no it’s not raining so don’t think I’m playing here again
Lovely course
My favorite course in the area. Well kept, moderate length, good condition and pricing, often including carts. Can be busy, but we played 18 holes in 3.25 hrs.
Great course and Iin good condition.
Staff is very friendly.
I've played here before and can't understand why it takes 5 hours to play. The back nine is always slow.
