Glenwood Country Club

Great course. Well maintained. Challenging but scorable

The course was overall in good shape. The greens on the otherhand were very slow... slowest I've ever played. I will have to say playing on a Tuesday if they cut on a Friday the greens had time to grow. Regardless they were slow.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen Glenwood as good as it is right now. I’m definitely gonna have to start playing up there more often. Tee boxes, fairways, greens...all spectacular.

The course is suffering from drought conditions in the area, but staff have done a great job of overcoming the issues. Beautiful course, VERY nice people in clubhouse and 19th Hole. Food was very tasty and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Of course we’d recommend and will be back. The day was a pleasure!

Go see it for yourself, if you are in Hot Springs or the surrounding area. Go check it out, I promise you, it will be a nice surprise.

Considering the temperatures the course is in great shape. Open fairways with trees along the cart path. Signage from hole to hole could be better. Definitely will play again.

Nice course with multiple ind shots. Due to the heat, the greens were shaggy and very slow. Would love to return and play when they have the opportunity to cut the greens.

First off, the staff here was very welcoming and accommodating! We had to rent clubs and they were helpful in locating clubs and rental clubs were in great condition. Course was well kept. The greens do need a bit more upkeep, but would still play again in same condition. Fun and challenging course to play would recommend playing!

I love playing gleenwood country club. They have re done the sand in bunkers , removed some trees and un needed bunkers while improving the fairways and greens. Always well mowed and taken care of.

Played on Sunday mid morning, not too many other golfers. Course layout was good but many blind spots due to some elevation. Be aware no signage or easy way to get to 13th hole. Staff was very friendly.

Once upon a time, Glenwood was a diamond in the rough. Beautiful topography, hills, ponds and trees lines fairways, perfect greens and good fairways. Now, it’s just rough. The greens are more poana then tiff Bermuda.. It’s early May and the greens might recover once the heat hits. The club house looked fully stock. I didn’t consume any food while there, so I don’t know the quality or pricing of their food.. I hope Glenwood recovers because it’s a delightful visual track of golf.
