I got a free Apple in the first tee which was the best part of a 3 hour -9 hole pace. I quit after 9 and went home which was the second best part of the round.
Early August 2025
Course is in much better shape now that there has been some rain. Glad there was not too much because I am quite good at losing balls even without water in all the little creeks… 🤷🏻♂️🥴
It was a very busy day, we had to wait at every tee box, took over 5 hours, so that was a bit of an annoyance.
Course was great. Kinda crazy trying to follow the path to the next hole. But we made it.
Conditions are perfect. Greens were great. Very happy with the experience
Worst course in Alberta period 🙄
After a ton of rain no one cared to aerate the greens to allow for moisture hence playing on super hard cement greens 🙄asked the marshall about it and he stated we don't have enough workers to do this and we also have no access to water as we have to haul it in??! Finding the right green to aim was also a task as at least times we found two green right beside each other and was very confusing. One of the locals called it death valley as the fairways are so narrow and not very well planned out. Waste of time but staff was nice. Save your $ and find another course to play
Fun Course
Lovely course Nice staff. We even got an apple each. And good food in the restaurant
Pace of Play
Waited 7-10 minutes on every tee. At one point 2 groups waiting on the same tee box and the Marshall drove past the slow group I. From without saying anything to them and speeding up play. Waited almost 15 minutes and that tee. Told pro shop attendant and he said, well sometimes it happens. He didn’t care in the least.
Fun time at a good rate
Course was fun to play. Some greens were a little rough. Holes close together. Good food in the restaurant.
Disappointed
As someone that has called this my home course for the last few years this last visit was so disappointing. Pace of play was terrible and the Marshall seemed to be more interested in chatting to his old buddies on the course than speeding up play. Waited from 5 to 10 minutes on every tee. 2 groups backed up on one tee box and the Marshall didn’t think it was necessary to talk the the group of hackers 100 yards down the fairway off the tee to speed up or let others play through. Mentioned this to pro shop attendant and got blown off like he didn’t care. Extremely disappointed in the lack of concern showed by anyone there.
Good family / low key course
Nice layout with various elevated holes to play. Pay 3 over the water was beautiful. The quality of the greens left a lot to be desired. Fairway grass was more of lawn quality vs fairways at nearby courses.
The price made the above all balance out.
Worth the money just don’t expect high end lies and manicured greens.

Good personnel. price, facility with great arcade but poor course conditions and some inaccessible areas.
Pace of play was insane..
We started on time at 4:18pm and the highest handicap in our group is a 11 and we didn’t get off of 18 until 9:05.. there were holes all along front and back nine where we sat for 20 minutes. No marshall anywhere enforcing pace and no cart girl even. The course has potential to be great but they need to step up taking care of it and getting back to basic rules of golf.
good price but poor conditions
No real fairways just cut grass with lots of bare spots. Didn't but should have bumped the ball to preferred lies - if you could find one. Lots of environmentally non accessible areas - so lots of lost balls. Within building is a great arcade,
