Played this course passing through Memphis and was very surprised by the price of the green fee and what you get for such a reasonable green fee. Some of the hole locations were in locations that made you think the greens keeper was having a bad day but overall it was a great course. There is tons of water on pretty much every hole but it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be, even for someone with my game.

Great place to play ! Corduroy was in great condition for the time of year but the greens were Awesome

Booked a 12:20 tee time on golf now. They did not inform golf now that they had a tournament all day. Was unable to play, however Vic in customer service was very helpful and gave a refund.

This course is always a tuff track, quite surprising the new owners have made significant m’provements: club hse, grill & menu.

Very challenging with the water. I’m a 22 handicapper and I played off the blue tees (2nd from back) and there were several holes you need to clear over 150 of water before grass.

Water on almost every hole. Would recommend for skilled golfers. Not really for beginners unless from the very front tees

Course is extremely challenging, not much room for error on any hole. Played from the tips and you have to carry 230yd-240yd just to clear the water…more than half of the fairway of at least 4 holes is water and the other half cart path! Missed greens are punishing with water waiting for you on the back and most sides.

It was really cold and winter golf when I played, looking forward to tackling it when it is greened up.

Apartment complex bordering the course seem dangerous, a lot of screaming action and people walking and swearing at each other, police intervention would have been nice

Played the course after Labor Day. Fairways were 1/2 grass and 1/2 dead spots. We just moved the ball to a grass spot which wasn’t more than a club length. Course layout if fun and the pad 3’s are long from the back tees. Greens are bent grass but perfect. You would think bent would be hurting this time of year. All in all a great test of golf. Used every club in the bag. I hope new management that just bought the course fixes the fairway issues. The course was closed for awhile so give them a chance because the layout is fun.

I was very disappointed at seeing the course conditions.. I invited several good friends to play the course on Labor Day & as a birthday gift to one of my friends but we found the fairways to be horrible . Miserable round of golf

Extremely difficult golf course., water comes in to play on every hole. Very challenging, but very playable with ball management. Fairways were in good shape, but a couple holes, the grass were dead. The greens were in excellent condition, one of the best in the area for a public course. Will definitely play again. Food was pretty good too.
