New Haven Golf Club

Couldn’t even play because there was a tournament going on. Course needs to do better !!

As of this summer of 2025, I've never seen the couse so emaculant, its perfect. But as I was.leaving the owner pulled.up on me and my buddy and said i was late for.my tee off. I had a 11:30 and i was 5 minutes late. (BIG DEAL) and it took me and my friend to long. It took us 4 hours and 45 minutes for a full round. Oener said he's gonna limit 4 and a half hours for golf now reservations. And also accused me of playing the front nine twice, in which I told him.to run his camera system because i most certainly did not. He said he makes no money off the golf now reservations, i pretty sure thats why he was mad. But the course is the nicest I've ever seen it, and i love the place. Just had a bad ending to the day.

Coarse was way overbooked for the evening. It took an hour to play the first three holes and nearly 4 hours to play nine holes They need to pay more attention and have a monitor to speed up slow groups or start some on the back. Coarse was pretty nice otherwise.

Not fun to start a round with my adult daughters when the lady finally got to the desk was unbelievably rude, and was inconvenienced checking us in. We almost left, but had driven an hour to play. Proshop is a far stretch to be considered that. Also, don’t think tee times are a thing there, people taking off at will and hitting into us on the 2nd hole. Although….Course is fairly nice, back 9 is much better than the front. Lots of water hazards, and lots of trees made it fun. Most likely will not return, much better options for the money.

What a great day of golf. Staff was friendly and professional. Course what is exceptional shape. Highly recommend this course.

The course was in good shape. The tee boxes and greens could use some help.

They need a little more attention and they will be good.

The staff is super friendly, I absolutely love playing here. The food here is also pretty amazing with pretty good deals. Great place to learn the great game of golf. Will be playing here more and more as the weekends come .

The course is in decent shape. Some greens aren't perfect, but playable.

I played the tips because of the course being short, but not all of the tee boxes were cut.

Overall a pretty cool course.

I’ve played here for years. The front 9 is very walkable and is fairly short. Back 9 is more challenging. Good overall course.

Nice course , tight layout. Fairways were non existent, greens were just ok. Have a range , putting green.

Every time I play at New Haven the course is in better shape. They’ve trimmed the lower branches off the pines, installed some sand and seem to be working hard to make this course the top in Texarkana. The clubhouse has a balcony you can hit off into the range. The folks there are helpful and very nice! I can’t wait to play there again!

Had difficulty finding balls in the fairways grass was so long. I’ve seen the course in better shape in the past. Hope this was a one-off. Did see a crew working on some repairs around the ninth hole, which could have affected course conditions. Will play again.

Tee boxes and fairways in good shape, greens need some work; they were quite bumpy. Overall, a nice enough course.
