Oak Grove Golf Club

I love the big fairways at oak grove , its my favorite course. But today the greens were terrible, and there were beer cans all.over the course. It could be better.

The course is a great course. Fairly easy. But the greens are horrendous and robbed me of several birdie putts. Play for the fun here not so much the score.

This course brags about being the best course between there and Dallas. I think that maybe it was at one time but not any longer. The fairways were horrible and the greens were in poor condition. The bunkers were no longer sand just dirt and weeds. Looks as though the course needs a new course management crew.

Course and layout are great. Greens are terrible. And the sister Course new haven is way better but the greens are the same. I dont understand. Hope they get that fixed so you can putt with accuracy.

I have played many times at Oak Grove the only thing polite I can say about about that place is the maintenance staff is severely understaffed and they don’t have the “MANPOWER” to make this course work now if they had a BILLION dollars to spend and wanted to shut the course down and then redo EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING from greens to bunkers to even fixing the irrigation system and then just MABYE this course could come back to life

Three good things: pretty piece of property, with a decent layout and a good cart path.

Three very, very, very bad things: horrible greens, neglected, non playable bunkers, and water-starved, threadbare tee boxes and fairways.

The management should be ashamed and this course should be removed from the golf now app.

I’ll never go back unless someone I really trust tells me the condition of the course has dramatically improved!

Poa anna paradise. Realize it is very early in the season but putting was like pinball with the ball careening off the clumps. Grass has not come in yet and when the drive, even some second shots hit the ground, hold on. Straight forward course. Just aim for the 150y poles and play smart.

The course is ready for some warm days to make things grow! Cory, Don Man and Slim are working hard everyday. Kady and the ladies are keeping the coffee pot full and carts clean.

Fun teach, but needs some TLC. Greens are the worse part of this course. Might as well just give yourself 2 strokes and move on. Staff was super friendly. Hopefully they get the greens turned around.

This is a nice challenging course to play for the price to play. Fairways and greens could use some TLC. Staff was extremely friendly.

The course had a High School golf tournament and we did not get to play. No one told us that the golf course would not be open to the public. Golf now took my reservation. The girl at the course said she told Golf Now that they would be having the tournament.

Can I get credit even though I missed the 1 hour before tee time? Please! The girl said you may call her in the morning and she would verify this story! Thanks

Golf now missed this time. This course has been priced close to what the course is worth, Now you guys have raised the price well above what is fair! Guess you guys have joined the rest of the country and become greedy.

Played here on the way through Texas. It’s a bit off the path but it was in great condition for early December and it’s a fun course that wasn’t overly difficult. The only complaint was I guess they’d gotten a lot of rain before I played so the conditions were really mushy; and also some of the sand bunkers had rocks in them so I ended up just taking drops. Would play again though if I was in the area.

The course is improving each week . Greens are good . a little bumpy, but good.

Greens where in excellent shape, only complaint is all the tree branches piled up next to every fairway.

All in all the course is good seeing a lot improvements. Although the greens where very sandy .
