Great shape, greens hold
I’ve played Cedaredge for four years and I can say that it is in the best shape. It’s been in the last four years right now. The greens are rolling true and are soft. The fairways are soft with big wet divots. I can’t say enough about how great shape it’s in right now. Well worth checking out.
Back Nine sucks the fun out
We have played this course before, but found a reasonable price on Golf Now. The T-Time available was right in the middle of Men's Club, so they sent us off the back. The slope on all the fairways makes even the good shots questionable. The course is in fair condition, considering the hot and dry weather we can had.
Relaxing
I really enjoyed this golf course. We were not rushed while playing, the staff was extremely kind and the condition of the golf course we perfect. I would definitely go again and would certainly recommend this course to anyone wanting to play in the area.
The course layout is awesome. Unfortunately we weren’t notified by GolNow that 9 holes were closed because the greens were being punched.
The front 9 was just done recently.
Drove an hour to a closed course with no phone call letting me know, no email, and upon arrival, no apology
Booked this tee time on March 19, 2025 for 1:20 pm on March 20, 2025. 120pm gives the course plenty of time to contact myself or GolfNow to alert me the course was closed for the day, right? Anyway, I show up for my tee time 30 minutes prior to, walk in the clubhouse and let the man at the desk now I’m checking in for golf. I am told the golf course is closed. I let him know I drove an hour to get here. The manager (I would assume) came up to me and said you need to call GolfNow and let them know the course is closed. Said he tried calling me this morning and I had no phone number associated with my account. This was funny as I’ve had this account for as long as I could remember. I called Golfnow and wouldn’t ya know it?, their automated system recognized my number immediately and then asked if I was calling about my 120pm tee time at scum bucket Cedaredge golf course on this fine Thursday afternoon.
1. The guy at Scum Bucket Cedaredge lied straight to my face saying there was no phone number associated with my GolfNow Account
2. He wanted ME to call them to get this rectified and refunded
3. Why didn’t he contact them in the morning when he decided the course was closed? Instead waiting for me to arrive for my tee time to just say ya man course is closed call GolfNow.
I never received an apology, even after telling them I drove an hour to play this course. Just hey pal, call GolfNow.
I would never, ever, paying to play at this cockamamie golf course managed by a bunch of scum buckets.
It wouldn’t take much just to alert reservations for the day that the course is closed, I’ve experienced it before where course was closed and I received an email letting me know the time was cancelled and I would be refunded.
I’d steer of this dog and pony show and go about frying those other fish you have on the table for the day. The Cedaredge Golf Course/Club/Whatever they wanna call themselves can sincerely kiss my grits.
Well Maintained during Winter Months
Staff was great as always and ground crews have maintained the course well. Sand traps are all raked ;fairways in good winter condition and greens are smooth and run true. Just need spring and some water. Winter projects included cleaning up water hazard in front of the 9th green.
Great price and in good shape
Best shape this year. Very friendly staff and maintenance people
Outstanding Course amazing views incredible weather
Great course…. Greens were in great shape…
Got a round in 3:50 …
Back 9 there are 3 holes you should just 6 iron shots throughout …. not worth trying to hit more than 175/180…
Keep the course in front of you…
We played prior to a tourney…. Nice people throughout…. Lost 4 balls and I am 6 handicap….
Morning drinking was not frowned upon nor discouraged…82 degrees …. 👍
Still a great course
Haven't played course in over twenty years and found it still a lot of fun. Staff is extremely friendly and the players on the course allowed faster golfers to go through
