Greg Mastriona Golf Courses at Hyland Hills - Blue Course
About
The Blue Course is one of four public courses offered at the Greg Mastriona Golf Courses at Hyland Hills. Located in the city of Westminster, the Blue Course is a nine-hole, par-36 course that offers over 3,200 yards of golf. The nine holes of the course originally served as the front nine for another course on the premises, the Gold Course. Now, it stands alone as a regulation length nine-hole course and the Gold Course is a separate 18-hole course at the facility. Hyland Hills offers picturesque mountain views as well as finely manicured courses. Golf Digest even rated Hyland Hills' courses as part of Colorado's top 20 golf courses.

Good course for various skill levels. Course is coming back from a pretty severe winter and should be in good shape soon.
Best day out so far
The wind did pick up a little, but overall, it was a good day. The course still needed to be pickup of branches. But at this time of year, that is to be expected.
Very Good day of golf
Early season 9 holes to knock the rust off. This is the perfect course to do it. You will use almost every club in the bag.! The greens were al little shaggy, but true. played in 2 hours and 10 minutes...a perfect start to the season in Colorado!.
🤛🏼
Always happy with the Blue, they need to fix the grass on # 3 approaching the green but that might be cuz they don’t wanna upset the bald eagles we’ve been watching for years ✌️
Solid course
This is a great place to go work on your game. Challenging nine hole layout. I come here often, and it's always in good to great condition.
Still a great course
I’ve been playing Hyland Hills Blue and Gold courses for 40+ years and I still love them.
No water stations or beverage cart, and the bar/ restaurant could be a heck of lot better with a small selective menu like sandwiches and burgers a good happy hour. Then maybe a restaurant during the evening like turning it into an Italian bistro which could make a great profit .
Good pace of play
Pace of play was good, that has not always been the case, I’ve had 2:45 hr round for 9 holes on the blue course. Staff is very good and value is not too good, Seniors deserve a better rate. Course conditions are just ok, but a good layout.
Good Early Season Golf
The course was in good shape considering the time of year. The issue is they start their tee times way too early for this time of year at 8am. so of course there was a frost delay which put them in chaos. They didn't seem to be able to handle that well.
