The Blue Course is one of four public courses offered at the Greg Mastriona Golf Courses at Hyland Hills. Located in the city of Westminster, the Blue Course is a nine-hole, par-36 course that offers over 3,200 yards of golf. The nine holes of the course originally served as the front nine for another course on the premises, the Gold Course. Now, it stands alone as a regulation length nine-hole course and the Gold Course is a separate 18-hole course at the facility. Hyland Hills offers picturesque mountain views as well as finely manicured courses. Golf Digest even rated Hyland Hills' courses as part of Colorado's top 20 golf courses.

Great value.
Greens are excellent. Overall course is in good condition. My only criticism is that there was mud and standing water in places.
Doesn't disappoint
I always love coming here; it just happened to be on a day when there was a junior tournament so the Gold course was booked, making the Blue Course (which we played) crowded and slow. No worries though, it was still a fun time and I'll be back again.
So convenient
Love this course. Wide fairways, some tough greens and for an old geezer like me it's great to just play 9 holes.
Blue course
The course was in great shape, the roughs are very manageable, never felt pushed while walking the course
Not a good time to play
Compared to all the other corses I have played in the last 6 weeks this one is by far in the worst condition. The greens were bumpy, 20% dirt and sprayed with a nasty coating of fertilizer.
Blue Course
The cart paths were in very poor condition. Some greens had some sizable dead spots on them that you wouldn’t find at any of the better courses.
Good course for the price
As mentioned in the heading, it's an above average course for the prices. The course is medium-long and challenges all skill types. The downside: the course maintenance, especially the greens, is slightly below average. Next, the pace of play is usually really slow. Be prepared to play 5 hours on the gold course & 2.5 hours on the blue course. Last, the members at the front desk are typically snooty and unprofessional. The latter doesn't hurt my feelings, rather it should be addressed with the higher-ups. Again, the front desk is unprofessional, but the younger cart staff does a terrific job.

Haven't gotten to play golf in a few years but dispite having to knock off a lot of rust, we had a great time and had a couple of fun guys to play the course with.
The beverage card lady was very nice and fixed my wife a wonderful drink. Thanks to all involved.
Always fun at hyland hills
I always like playing at hyland hills golf course. It's so easy to book a tee time from my phone and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. The coarse is in great shape except for the greens. The greens need attention. Overall the coarse is a great value for the price. After a round we always stop and have breakfast at Ciancio's restaurant, the heuvos rancheros are excellent.
Hyland Hills - A golf course for everyone
Great layout. Good pace, not crazy difficult. Love this course and the scenery form the fairways.
