Excellent experience
Fair price for the course. The course is in very good condition. The only complaint I had was that the putting surfaces varied from hole to hole. It was a hot day so some were very slow due to the bent grass while others hers were very slow sue to the greens being soggy. Putting was a xhallange to say the least. Bit the course is beautiful and in very good shape.

Course in good shape. But... Bunkers in poor shape. Greens still way too slow. Putting there aggravating.

3rd time playing here 1st time playing 18 and it went smooth ,met alot of cool people and the course played great

Some greens need help but other then that its a great place to play i really love the water holes and the course is full of wild life we saw 3 deer .
Woodhaven is a decent 9 hole course tucked away in Bethany CT
I used to play this course quite often about 10-12 years ago but played it again earlier this week. Overall condition was decent though the greens are a bit slower than other courses in the region. Say, Oaklane. Fairways are good. First cut rough makes it tough to find a ball. A couple of the greens have a huge slope from back to front making it almost impossible to put from any spot other than directly below the flag.
Greens were unputtable
Downhill putts would stop dead in their tracks. Seemed to come up short no matter how hard you hit it.
I love this course and the layout. Play it a few times a year. However, not being able to putt makes it more of a practice round.
How about telling players about the greens up front, and/or give a discount due to the unacceptable condition of the greens? $44 for 9 holes…no putting
Nice Course, Terrible Greens
The greens on this course are ridiculously slow. Its like putting on shag carpet!?!? Ruins the experience.
Challenging 9
Challenging 9 hole course with good layout. Greens were not in good shape. Need to be cut and rolled. Hopefully this was taken care of.
