3rd, par-4, 374 (blues): The fairway plays a bit uphill to this well guarded green. Water, hidden from view here, is to the left. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022
-
4th, par-4, 435: Outstanding Al Zikorus-designed hole, featuring a rolling fairway and a green set upon a knoll. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022

6th, par-5, 570. A long 5-par. It will be a three-shotter for almost everyone. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022

7th: par-4, 370. Woodhaven is a strong test of driving. Here, the downhill tee shot is tight, the approach more routine. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022
-
8th: par-3, 180. A tough tee shot faces you on this mid-range 3-par. Long is generally not good; left is worse. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022

9th, par-4, 400. The finisher favors a tee shot aimed down the left-hand side of this fairway, which tilts a bit left-to-right. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022

Very Pleasant
Very friendly staff, the course was fun to play, and the conditions were good.
Great value for the money…!!!
I booked the course going in blind since I had some free time and wanted to scratch my itch. I had an early tee time @ 6:00a and was greeted by a friendly and accommodating staff upon arrival.
The golf Course was wide open for play upon arrival and conditions were both plush and well manicured. If you are confident in doing so, I would recommend playing the blue tee boxes as it gives you a more challenging perspective, better views, and a 128 slope rating.
My only gripe (and I am loathe to bring it up) was that the course was not particularly well marked for distances. This was only an inconvenience since I hadn’t brought my rangefinder or GPS along and, as such, it required me to do some old fashioned “pacing off” of distances from the closest marked rain birds (sprinkler heads).
Otherwise, it was a thoroughly enjoyable nine holes and my only regret was that I didn’t have the time to play the full 18.
I would highly recommend this course if in the area as you won’t regret having booked your round.
complete honesty...........
here it is: evidently the ownership has changed. The people working there seemed organized and friendly.
The course is green and definitely has some good holes, but there is a glaring problem....the greens are ridiculously slow and the cups were all placed on swales so that there wasn't even a semi-flat putt to be attempted.
Don't get me wrong, everyone should try the course and judge for themselves, but the greens "as is" make for an unenjoyable round.
Nice Course, Very Slow Greens
The course is looking good. Only one issue to report: The greens are extremely slow and almost un-puttable. They used to be quick and renowned for their difficulty.
Now they are so slow you have to really bang putts around, hence losing all finesse and feel. Even downhill putts stop short.
The greens have been this way now for two years. Not sure why, but they need to be cut and less shaggy. Its ruining and overshadowing the other improvements the course has made.
Love it Good 9 hole course
Play here 3-4 times a week, walkable great 9 hole course.
Would recommend.

Course was in great shape. Need to have a ranger monitoring pace of play. We had to skip 2 holes. We jumped in front of 3 groups. Our friends were in the group ahead of us and their round took 3 hours.
fabulous condition!
Woodhaven course was in the best condition I've ever seen! Tee boxes and greens are ideal! Fairways well-cut. A wonderful golf experience, all around!
Great Hidden Gem
Woodhaven golf course is a nice, well maintained public course that is player friendly. It has wide open fairways with some challenging water hazards to raise the difficulty level. The course is very easy to navigate, the greens and tee boxes are in very good condition. This course is perfect for beginner golfers but challenging enough for more experienced golfers. The course managers do a very good job of keeping the pace of play flowing. The only critique of this course would be that they need to invest in improving the cart paths.
