3rd, par-4, 374 (blues): The fairway plays a bit uphill to this well guarded green. Water, hidden from view here, is to the left. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022

4th, par-4, 435: Outstanding Al Zikorus-designed hole, featuring a rolling fairway and a green set upon a knoll. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022

6th, par-5, 570. A long 5-par. It will be a three-shotter for almost everyone. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022

7th: par-4, 370. Woodhaven is a strong test of driving. Here, the downhill tee shot is tight, the approach more routine. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022
-
8th: par-3, 180. A tough tee shot faces you on this mid-range 3-par. Long is generally not good; left is worse. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022

9th, par-4, 400. The finisher favors a tee shot aimed down the left-hand side of this fairway, which tilts a bit left-to-right. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022

Great shape
Golf course is in terrific shape
Greens roll true but very fast
Not a straight putt on any green very challenging but well worth the money
Nice 9 hole
Will definitely be back for this interesting 9 hole
Gr8 day!!
Playedv9 holes with my 19 year old daughter, who has never played golf before. There were no one in front or in back of us, so we took our time. Which we needed. Course was in perfect conditions. Tee to greens, just sublime. The club house however could use upgrading. And maybe some weeding and landscaping would help. Worth the 40 minute drive, when we have courses closer.
Always great!
EVERYTHING AT THIS COURSE IS TOP NOTCH.
Hidden Treasure
Woodhaven CC is a wonderful little nine hole course just off the beaten path in Bethany, CT. This haven in the woods is appropriately named and provides golfers with the opportunity to play a round at reasonable rates.
Toughest greens around
Excellent condition. Challenging layout. Severely sloped greens. Water on several holes. Not enough yardage markers. Two distinct sets of tees if you want to play 18.
Course in great shape.
This is becoming my home course and I've played it many times. Course is in excellent shape and everyone who works there are so nice and friendly. Highly recommend playing this course.
first timer
This was a good find, the course is in good shape, the greens had some movement to them which made putting interesting. I will for sure be playing this course again and hopefully better than I did the 1st time
It a course u have to place ur shots.
it a fun shot making course. If you hit the wrong part of the green for pin placement you have to work for it.
Woodhaven A Must
Great track. Played with my significant other and she loved it. The course is in great shape. Very tricky greens, you must be below the hole due to undulations.
I haven't played there in over 20 years and it is still family owned and operated. they take great pride in the course conditions.
some carts could use upgrading. It is easy to walk or use pull cart as most folks where doing.
Course slows down after 230PM on weekends and Golfnow cost of $20.00 for 9& cart is a no brainier.
She got her first birdie of the year on #3. Women's tee boxes are up so couples can really enjoy playing together.
The par 5's are legit. You open up with a par 5 dog leg right and you need to be on the left hand side to have good angle in. The green is surrounded in front with a series of bunkers so it is challenging. The entire course has many challenging dog legs and a couple of blind tee shots be careful of the water!!!
Can't wait to play there again.
Great condition!!
The course was in great shape given the heat and lack of rain.
Still a great course
It has been over 10 years since I played this course. It was a great place when I was first learning to play and it was always challenging in very subtle ways. Glad we finally went back. Early morning tee time during the week and we only had a twosome in front of us. The course remains a challenge and the greens are in great shape and fast. Overall course is in good shape although the lack of rain is hurting a lot of courses. Overall the place looks like its age but is still a great place to play. We will be back.
Nice 9 Hole Course
Play was slow. People fishing balls out of ponds and some hacks screaming out there and not following etiquette. Good little course, but nearly three hours to complete nine holes not cool.
Course is in great shape
Course always in good condition, Josie makes it a pleasure to play there, always makes you feel welcome
Enjoyable round at a nice price
Buddy and me were able to get a time the day before (Sat.) payed $15 to walk and would definitely do it again. Nice staff and conditions
Bring your A putting game
Nice course can be challenging for a 9 hole course greens have places where prior knowledge is helpful
Get what you pay for
The overall course isn't bad. The carts are dated but functional. If the course is busy it's not worth the wait. Most daytime hours are not that busy which is great. The staff is friendly except the guy in charge. He looks and treats you like you're up to no good all the time. No personality . But I'm not there to have lunch with the guy just play golf. The prices on golf now are really good for this course. It's no gem but it's close and the greens are challenging. Overall....3 1/2 stars is fair
Best 9 hole course in the county
Friday was the pick of the Fathers Day Weekend. Great pace of play and the course was in great condition. We had a blast.
