Disorganized
Starter and Ranger were incredibly off beat with how to run a course. I would recommend trying it out because the layout and conditions were above average. The reviews are correct - 5 hour round and expect attitude from the starter & ranger.
Condition for late August A1
Was so pleasantly surprised by the condition of the course, pace of play and the staff friendliness. The greens were country club grade. True and consistent on the entire 18. Great day
A public course
Lots and lots of slow hackers here. Course is not interesting at all , a lot of blind tee shots to severe dog legged fairways and greens . Did not really enjoy the course , no memorable holes. Would not play here again
Oak hills

Disappointed in Oak Hills
I paid $27 with a tee time at 6:10. Knowing that you could do 9 holes at best with that kind of tee time, very over priced. There was no one on the course to help keep things moving and twice there was 3 foursomes at one tee box waiting. We were only able to complete 7 holes before it got too dark. Very disappointing.
Fun place to play
Course was in great shape and the greens were well maintained. The ball rolled on the greens well but some of the pin placements were a bit unfair. Local knowledge is important on this course given the blind approach shots on a few holes. Enjoyed the round and will definitely plan to play here again.
My home course
Personally, I’ve seen the changes and improvements made at Oak Hills over the years. I think they’ve done a terrific job with it and maintaining it. My only suggestion would be a range, even if it was irons only. However, they have tried over the years and I believe zoning and/or the town keeps shooting it down.
Course is in great shape!
With all of the hot dry weather, the crew here has kept Oak Hills looking and playing great. Love the improvements, especially the continuous cart path.
Good value
Great course. Play it often. Couldn’t get past 9 due to slower players ahead of us. Course could use a ranger to help with pace.

The staff are very nice accommodating, well worth the money.
Good local course
Greens are magnificently maintained. Good variety of holes. My local favorite.
Ride Starter
The starter was very rude when she talks to players. She could nicely explain their rules and listen to players (customers) first fefore she told the players to let her finish what she says first.
