First time with Golf Now. Couldn't have been more enjoyable. Tee time was 8:20am. Teed off at 8:10AM, played by myself. Minor delay with 3-some in front of me on a couple of holes.
Price included golf cart.
Aerated
This is a good course to play. It is aerated now but normally the greens are great to putt on.
Great deal
Really happy this time around. Played in the rain and nobody was out which made for a 4 hour round. Also they dropped the price in half because of the weather. Honestly best experience I’ve had here and the course held up well despite the rain. Maybe I should just only golf here in the rain from now on.
Greens way too fast and course has taken a beating
Conditions are somewhat understandable given weather this summer…but greens were ridiculously fast and a couple with significant grooves cut into them.
To their credit the unplayable practice green (due to speed and slope) is representative of what you should expect to see.
Great Sunday round
Started at 9:30. Pace of play was great. Particularly for a weekend at a public track. Course is quirky but fun. Greens are in magnificent shape. Don't have to hit it long there but need to hit it straight. Shot 65 that day at 71 years old so maybe my opinion is slightly biased.
Nice course but don’t get golf carts
You heard it here first! Don’t get a cart. It’s not a normal cart. The cart controls your speed. We are losing our freedoms slowly with big brother and liberal policies. The course quite literally tracks you and controls your golf cart speed. Let me control the speed of their personal cars and see how they like that. GTFO. never coming back (unless walking). Course nice though haha
Slow Pace of Play.
Marshal needs to move people along. What’s the point of having a marshal if they don’t enforce pace of play?
course is in great shape, greens are challenging and fair . dry conditions haven't affected the quality of the fairways. great value
Fast greens, true rolls
Fun layout. Very challenging front 9. Very slick greens. A bit of a stuffy CT vibe
Driving Range
It's a good course, well maintained but needs a driving range to warm up some. Putting/Chipping green is good.
