The par-5 third has a reachable green, tempting you to attack it in two. A pond lies behind. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/16/2020

Signature hole: Six, another short five-par, is full of treachery. The views may compensate for any woes you experience. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/16/2020

Six, again: a view from behind its perched green. It’s one of the hardest to putt on the course. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/16/2020

Fourteen: As one of my playing partners (an excellent putter, on left) and I agreed, these greens are challenging. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/16/2020

Five-par 17th: A huge rock outcropping and majestic trees stand behind this green. Storm Isaias damaged a few of these trees (one is fallen) last week. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/16/2020

Fun to play
We played on a very hot day and were pleasantly surprised that there was cold bottled water and a citrus fruit given to us as we started our round. The ranger also checked on us during our time on the course.
Greens are a mess
Never seen greens with so many unrepaired ball marks and dead areas. Compared to first few years when course opened it is now a hot mess . its always been target golf but the conditions are borderline unfair, even the Marshall acknowledged that they are struggling to maintain the course. PGC is nicer don't waste your $
Greens are slow, Course is wet on mostly all hills and slopes.
Putting was very slow for me and the amount of water retention in certain areas was remarkable.
Hilliest Course I ever played!
I played numerous times at Quarry Ridge. It’s a challenging course mostly because of the hills and slopes. Hole #7 is the worst. It is relatively well kept. The greens were aerated and sanded when we played. And the rough was long. The food is good as is the help. I would recommend the course but be prepared for a challenging layout and a few ridiculous holes.
Course is in good shape.
All was good! I'd like to see hole #8 fairway, at the top of the hill, right side needs grass.
it's a bit ragged but nice views
Greens were fine, tee boxes. fairways and rough were shabby. Sand traps fine. It's an interesting track. Just needs work. Got a cheap Golf Now so it was ok...not a lot of players there
Bfly
Course in good shape for so early in the year. Greens in great shape.
