Indian Springs Golf Club in Middlefield has been owned and operated by the same family since it first opened in 1964. With a terrain of rolling, tree-covered hills, the course is as scenic as it is fun to play. The nine-hole layout is player friendly enough to appeal to players of all skill levels and there is an alternate set of tees to play an 18-hole round. Though many of the fairways are wide and forgiving, there are a few tricky blind shots that will test your accuracy. The par-5 second hole is one of the most memorable. It leads you uphill before plummeting downhill to a green protected by three sand traps. Indian Springs Golf Club's second par 5, the tree-lined fifth hole, is also notably tricky. The fairway edges along mature forests, leading to a sharp dogleg right downhill to the green, which is surrounded by trees.

It’s a bad day to golf.
I was not able to play because they severely overbooked . I arrived to pay for my round and the man behind the desk said “it’s a bad day to golf”. I said “I’m sorry what?” He said do you have 3 hours to play? I said of course not, it’s Tuesday at 10am I’m trying to play a normal round.. he said there’s a senior league amd they’ve tied up the course. I said why did I bother making a tee time and paying for it? I drove 30 min and it was a waste of my time . I asked for a refund of the booking fee and he said he couldn’t do that. I left annoyed and not wanting to return. Amd I love this course. It’s family owned and a great setup. But I’m not driving that far again to be told I chose a bad day to golf.

Indian springs
Have played this course for over 40 years and love it. John says the greens are his top priority and so they are comparable to any private course around. Jen keeps the course looking good and the rest of the staff, led by Debbie are very friendly and helpful. Will always go back. Food is excellent as well.

Nice 9 hole layout
Not many 9 hole courses have a quality layout like this. Two par 5’s and challenging elevation changes. Course requires shot making skills. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Will definitely be back.
