Buffalo Run Golf Course

Painfully slow round. Played front 9 in a little over 2 hours. Played 10 and 11 and left as it took close to an hour to play 2 holes

Would have been a 5+ hour round. Course was nice but needs a ranger who moves people along.

Very nice course. I especially liked the length, many opportunities to let the driver do its work. The bunkers were all raked and had sand. The fairways had dead spots on hill top areas but overall were fine in the areas where the ball settles. Greens have recovered well from aeration (by appearance it was roughly 14 days ago) and they rolled true and were surprisingly fast with a good amount of undulation to make it very fun putting.

Y'all do not want to play here my advice is go literally anywhere else! I don’t have to say much… this was the worst experience golfing i’ve ever had. The staff.. very very ignorant.

I was pleasantly surprised with the layout and quality of the course, its range, clubhouse and restaurant.

At $40-60 this is a fantastic bang for your buck public golf course.

The fairways need some work but the majority of golfers here don’t need to worry about that! (At least I didn’t)

It’s a links style course with interesting/challenging design. It’s build around a housing development but there are a few holes with good views.

I have played this course at least 15 times this summer starting back in late March. The course has been wonderfully maintained all year, with only a few holes having repair work underway. Honestly the repair work does not take away from the flow of play or feel of the course. The pin placements move consistently, and the grounds keeping crew are constantly out working to keep the course looking tournament ready. The staff is very friendly and helpful! If you have never played this course, give it a shot. If you have played this course, go back and play it again!

Was told that the course was finally completely open with no restrictions or roped off areas. Once we began play we told by starter in middle of first hole that it was roped off as well as several other holes on the course. The people there need to communicate with one another and be truthful to people paying good money to play there!! I am very disappointed and will not play there again until all these silly restrictions are lifted as it turned a nice day and a potentially good round into a much less enjoyable experience.

I can't stand it when you have to stay on the cart path for par 4 or par 5. Ugh. I understand that they are still making improvements. I was expecting a course in better shape. I played Murphy's Creek the next day and it was a far better course.

There were some fairways that were in bad shape and needed water and/or replacement. Many were roped off and we couldn't use our cart to access.

Greens and tee boxes seemed to be in pretty good condition.
