Good place to practice irons
I have played this course several times. It is a good place to practice irons, approach shots, chips. Greens were in very good condition.
No practice tee.

Great for New players or a quick 18
First time here after seeing it on GolfNow. Solid course to do a quick 18 for a par 3, and can still bring out the driver on select par 4 holes. Its a public space, so some of the trails go through the street and have folks walking/ biking through, so can affect the pace of the game a bit, but we never felt like we were waiting long for those people to pass by or got caught behind other players.

Quirky
Fun course but it appears concessions were made to make their neighbors happy ... dog walkers, needing to drive cart on roadway, putting only hole by Bahai temple, members cherry picking holes to play, etc. I'll be back but not necessarily soon.
