It would have been ok if we knew they had just aireated the greens. We would have waited another week or so to play it.

The course was in great shape and provided plenty of challenge. The greens are fast and the rough was well groomed. The staff was great and I will definately be back again!

It is an interesting to play with. I played with 3 other friends. The creek winds around and impose some challenges. The layout is very good. There aren't many long rough grass and woods, so it is a bit forgiving if you drive your shots wide. Greens are in very good condition. Slope of some of the greens and fairways make it trickier to play. We played after 4pm, so we got the twilight discount. The price is really reasonable. Definitely would like to come back and play some time later.

I play VV frequetly because it's probably THE Best course in the area for the price!! The course is always in good to excellent shape and It was the case today as well. There are some really spectacular holes out there. The staff are among the best I've seen. They are always smiling and talking to you when you walk in the Pro Shop. The houses do not come in to play unless you really stink at golf. I am a 9 Handicap and I HIGHLY recommend Valle Vista!!

Staff member made us a priority over an oncoming phone call and was a very friendly gentleman.

I played on a nice afternoon, but evidently after a week of wet weather rendered "cart-path only". The fairways were uncut, and carts on path makes for a frustrating first time on this course, but ...........the greens are great! The rolling terrain & layout is good; actually the course plays longer than scorecard yardage. GolfNow & inexpensive HotDeal made this out-of-towner enjoy golf in Indianapolis on a sunny, but extremely windy afternoon 10/17.

i was pleasantly surprised by Valle Vista in October. it was in good condition. the greens had been recently aerated but were quick with lots of slope. there were serial wedding going on near the proshop which was interesting.

Course was in great shape. Fairways were mowed and ball was rolling. Greens had been aerated and had been pressed and rolled nicely. Would recommend playing this course.

The staff couldn't be better. The foursome behind couldn't be worse. I am 80 and the man that I teamed up with is in his early 70s. We were moving along as a decent pace onspite of some difficulty finding balls in the leaves. As we were preparing to tee off on the 7th hole. Four "men" in there 30s or 40s began shouting insults at us about how ignorant we were. We let them play through fearing that they might turn to violence. As we watched tme tee off, we were pleased to see three of them hit really terrible tee shots. We said nothing but our delight was hard to conceal.

The greens were extremely sandy with lots of raised turf on the greens due to aeration. This obviously caused for a challenging putting day on these greens. Overall the course is in excellent condition. The nice sunny weather with 75 degree temp with no wind also helped. But the greens were a disappointment.

Great time. Fast play and course was in good shape. One tee needed some work. They were putting sand in the bunkers which was needed. We will return. This is a very challenging but enjoyable course

Tight fairways, but a good course, great greens. The course was in excellent shape for late in the season.

Course was wet after the rain Saturday evening. Course typically holds water and it could drained better to prevent the water from holding in the fiarways

I've played her several times and it is usually my go to, if I want a nice relaxing day with friends. The greens were in poor shape, but overall it was a good day to play and the staff can NOT be beat. One of the very few courses, I know of, that staff will meet you at your car with a car ready to go!

Great value, course is always in good shape, I've played it 50 times. Course is very narrow on some holes, Water comes in to play on 7 holes. Rough is fair. I can walk or ride it in 3 hours.

Although some fairways are narrow with houses and trees lining the sides, the landing zones are receptive and the course was in great shape. A very enjoyable place to play golf, with a very helpful staff.

The course is a nice layout. conditions not as good as last year. The tee boxes grass was longer than normal for a tee box and half the sand traps were in horrible shape. The fairways and greens were in good shape. The pace of play was very good for an indy course 3 1/2 hours on a Sunday. Get loose before you start first couple holes have out of bounds lining edge of fairway.

the only bad thing I could say about this course is that the greens where a little bit bumpy. a lot of divots and holes not repaired. they need to roll the greens more to make them flat and smooth
