Parkview Golf Course

I have played at this course many times over the years, I lived in Pekin while growing up. I had an 11:44 T-time and was at the course at 11:30 to check in. There is a notice on the entrance door stating that only 3 people are allowed in the check in counter at a time. I checked to see how many where inside and there was only 1 golfer inside so I went in and the woman started yelling at me to stop right where I was at. I am 70 years old and don't think I was violating anybodies space. She continued to talk to in a very nasty way and I will have to think very hard about going back there to play again!

Course is the best condition it's been in years. The greens were awesome.

Parkview has always been a well maintaned course. Friendly staff and not too expensive. Just stay outta the sand!!

Mother Nature has done her best to keep golfers and maintenance crews away from the course this spring, but Parkview has done a great job in maintaining the course and keeping it open for business! With the rolling hills and undulating greens, it’s always a challenge, but an enjoyable one. The ladies in the pro shop were very courteous and went above and beyond to make sure the snack choices available for the day would be acceptable.

Course has excellent fairways and through putting green surface

Very peaceful. Greens were super fast. Course was in good shape. Yardage appears to be off especially for woman’s tees. Lots of ups and downs with rolling hills. Only a couple holes are under 200 for this 18 hole course.

Parkview is a fun course. It's a scenic track with a nice variety of fun, challenging holes. I found it to be in better shape than often seen with park district courses. The practice area is sufficient as is the pro shop. My only criticism is that the course slope and rating are obviously incorrect, and we were told the park district doesn't wish to devote the funds to correct the CDGA rating. I enjoyed the track & highly recommend it if you're in for a nice, relaxing round of golf on a pretty course.

The reservation worked well and I was able to golf with a cart for a couple more dollers than walking. All set when I got there and no paperwork needed! Great experience!

We had a great time. People are very courteous that are playing there. I think you can score very well at this course if you’re an average golfer.
