Good public course. Well maintained. Greens were typically a little slow, but we played early in morning dewy/damp conditions. Bunkers were typical for public courses - little sand, hard packed.

Will definitely play again when in the area.

Great course to get out with friends and have a good chance to shoot a good round. I think a fair chance at shooting a good round is a lot more fun than playing a hard course and shooting over 100. Have always been treated good here. Matter of fact cart was brought to my car so I didn't have to lug my clubs up to the club house. Want a good time golfing than this is your place to play!

Always have a good time playing here, not the hardest course but it does have some difficult holes. With my golf now VIP membership we played 18 holes for 16 dollars a man, you just can't beat that!

With the thunderstorms we had the day before i fully expected it to be a soggy mess, but the course was actually in pretty good shape. Despite putting on greens covered by worms, and not really much they can do about that when it rains the worms come up just like everywhere else lol, it was a fun and challenging course for the low green fees. I will definitely play here again.

The course is average at best and an ok deal for the price. Thought it would be a good family environment or at least a course that upholds traditional golf edicate. However after the third time I have had very poor experiences with the clientele,I will not be back. This is a country course with an above average amount of drunk and disorderly and disrespectful golfers. I am all for people learning the game, but let's learn the edicate as well. I am not looking for a country club exclusive environment but consistent 5 hour rounds, screaming and laughing so loud that two holes over can hear, players wanting to fight you for simply skipping ahead a hole when they had no one in front of them to try to finish a round in under 5 hours. Well this sound more like a bowling alley than a golf course. Deals are ok but with all the great golf in Fort Wayne why try to save $2 and have a poor experience. Usually I would not fault the course for the public behavior but after three times with no improvement, well it looks like this is the culture they aim to perpetuate.

This is a nice public course, not fancy but enjoyed planing here. Worth playing.

I was thinking well for 25 bucks on a nice fall day how can you go wrong. Well it was wrong. I was disappointed in the course conditions and quality of the course. I would not recommend this course to a friend. I quit after playing 14 holes.

No distinction between fairways and rough.
Dried up mud patches everywhere.
Smelled terrible everywhere.
Absolutely terrible value in the Fort Wayne area. Pay a few dollars more and play riverbend not too far away.

Whispering Creek is a well maintained and established course located in New Haven that is close to 24 and 469. The layout is great and very playable.
