Slow pace multiple 5 somes on course
Play here once or twice a year and it continues to have 5 people in some groups even though pro shop says it's not allowed . Pace if play is awful!!!!!
Great golf on Memorial Day Weekend
Course was in great shape to start the season. Pace of play was fast. Greens we’re tough and rolling quick. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a round in prior to a long day out on the lake. Staff was awesome.
Enjoyed my round. Only complaint I had was that the course was wet due to all the recent rain. Made for a lot of lift, clean & place.
Anyhow, staff was great and I enjoyed the layout. Will be back in warmer and dryer weather to give it a go.
Good greens

Members have advantages
This course was in very good condition but is a bit unnerving for the first time player. Hole one is a blind drive over a hill and there are several more shots where you need to drive ahead to see if it is safe to hit.
Nice course. Too many blind shots for me.
The round took over 5 hours. I can’t blame the course for that. I blame the people in front of me.
Fun, well kept golf course.
Played on a nice Monday late morning. The course was in fantastic shape. Tee to green everything was in great shape. There was very lush grass for it being early season. There was no hardpan and when not in fairway, grass was thick but fair. The greens have been mowed and rolled and they rolled true but we’re not overly fast. There isn’t much water on the course so I finished with the same ball I started with.
As far as course design goes, there are several tee shots that you hit to an area where you cannot see the ball land. The greens are a bit small and if you do find one of the sand traps that guard them they are well maintained and have good sand and rakes to keep them that way.
Clubhouse was well stocked and everything was super clean.
The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and if I lived closer (I drove 90 minutes to come play this gem) I would come back at least once a month.
Hats off this great facility and staff. The locals have a gem that’s fun to play and offers a challenge but is not overused difficult.
