Great 9 hole course
This course is a hidden gem in the City of Bowling Green. I've been driving (8-10 times a year) to play this course for about the last 4 years now. In those years the course has always been maintained very well. The greens are always in excellent shape, but can be a little on the quick side from time to time. The staff is always very pleasant to deal with, but you will run into the occasional volunteer ranger that can be a little grumpy. The course of play can be slow in the middle of the summer being a 9 hole course and very cheap cost wise, but other than that I highly recommend it. If this course was an 18 hole course it would be even better.
don't do it
Course is very old and surrounded by beautiful old homes. Course conditions were terrible! Greens and fairways were mostly dirt. Play was very slow, most of the golfers were elderly, walking, and wearing blue jeans and work boots- I'm not joking. The city has let this course fall apart. I would only recommend this course if you plan on getting drunk and working on your tan.
