First time playin Park Mammoth
Excellent Course. The greens keepers do an amazing job. The rough is better than most fairways I’m used to playin on. The staff was great. Well worth the money.
Best, of course I’ve ever played
This was a great course layout. The staff and owners were very friendly. The amenities were great. You must give the places a try when you are in the Bowling Green Ky area. I will definitely be back. I have played 14 different courses this year. This was the best one by far.
5 Stars All Day
This place checks every box. I can't wait to come back before each round is over.
Golfers dream in KY
Receptive greens, wide fairways, great conditions, and something most golf courses don't have for some reason.....friendly staff everywhere. Wish this course was closer to home. A+
Nice, fun course but Overpriced 💵
I enjoyed playing the course. It’s a fun course to play and the amenities at the course are very nice. Nice pro shop and grill. The conditions were just above average - several areas of dead grass in the fairways. Greens overall were good. Tee boxes were very nice. Very friendly staff. The biggest negative is the price. Approx. $120 for the round after taxes. I’m afraid after playing once many people won’t be back at that price point, especially given the location being a good drive for most people. I talked with some folks post round in the clubhouse and first thing they all said was price was too high. I play a lot of golf at nice public courses all over the country so have experience in what other good/great courses are charging, and $75-$80 would be fair for this course. I live in Cincy and we have some great public courses much nicer than this e.g. Stonelick Hills and they typically charge less. I’ve paid less to play top notch courses in Arizona and California even. Park Mammoth 🦣 I want you to be successful so hope you take this as constructive. Wishing you all the best!
Great club
The clubhouse, practice facilities, staff all 10/10. The course is was very wet but well maintained.
Great round. Could be something better.
Greens were super quick and undulating. Difficult to score. No hole layout map unless you download the app. Clubhouse locked up about 6PM leaving no bathrooms accessible. For the price could have been much better round. Would still play here again though!!
Clubhouse/restroom closes too early
The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The course fairways were so close to each other you could be in your own fairway and be in the way of people teeing off on another hole. The course was full of people and the clubhouse closed with no access to food/drink or restrooms. I've never been to a course that closes and leaves their guests without access to restrooms.
Fairway frost bite
I have played here a couple of times before it was an excellent shape however, when we came this past time to play the fairways and some tee boxes were dead. The prices do not match the quality of the course.
Beautiful course
Course is in a beautiful setting. Sitting in a small valley that allows you to see most of the course from clubhouse. Wide fairways make it look somewhat easy, but fast, undulating greens more than make course challenging. And the clubhouse is awesome! It was worth the drive from Knoxville , TN. If you are near , go play. very close to Mammoth Cave National Park so you can do family vacation.
Greens are unfair to most golfers
The course was in great condition and the greens were in my opinion, just too fast for the shape of the greens. I hit several shots into those greens that spun back two or 3 feet hit a slope and was 35 feet from the hole and I am a scratch golfer the green needed to be built a little bit, flatter to get more play through that golf course.
Fits the hype
Been wanting to play it for a while now and finally in the area. It’s a beautiful, not overly long course that is in a valley. From the clubhouse can see the holes to your left, right and in front. It’s fairly open but the rough is tough and the greens are undulating with a lot of break. It’s one of those courses I could play daily , learn, score better and enjoy so much. The yard is deceiving because of the green elevation and slope in the fairways. Makes for so much thought when hitting approach shots. Pace of play was typical Sunday golf. New clubhouse is awesome, food is good and staff is excellent. Highly recommend!
Awesome
Great layout, super condition, greens were fast but super smooth. Staff was awesome.
