Cedar Creek Golf Course

An average-to-decent Iowa municipal course. It isn't too challenging, but there are some tee shots you need to think about. The greens are usually in terrific shape, although they are usually average speed. They are fairly easy to read too. Sometimes the fairways are in mediocre shape, and sometimes they are in good condition.

Sometimes I've gone here just to use the practice facility. There's a range, putting green and chipping green with a bunker. It's nothing spectacular, but usually there aren't too many people, the pricing for range balls is cheap and the staff is great.

Outside of weekends in prime time hours, you can call for pretty much any tee time you want. The value is more than reasonable for this course.
