PRICE WAS RIGHT
Very good course for the price. It was an extremely hot day, and the rain was threatening so there was almost no one else on the course. The fairways were fine, but the fringe was beat up badly and the greens were not the smoothest. I am NOT complaining, just giving an honest opinion of the conditions, I was actually happy with the course considering I just paid $13 for nine holes with a cart.
this course is in great condition
1st time playing this course with my sons who's stationed at Ft. Campbell. majority of the greens were good, some not so good. some holes is difficult because its narrow, but the majority of it was wide open. some holes were challenging and some aren't. you can use all your clubs in the bag. I would recommend it and would play it again when i come back and visit again.
Fore-Star Fun with Just a Rough Patch!
Western Hills Golf Course delivers a smooth, satisfying round with a pace of play that’s brisk but never rushed—perfect for players who want to keep things moving without feeling like they’re in a race. The staff really shines here: friendly, engaging, and genuinely happy to chat when you pass by. Even the grounds crew gets kudos—the mowers are courteous and quick to yield, which keeps the game flowing nicely.
The only thing keeping this from being a five-star review? The rough is seriously rough. With all the clover, finding a white ball can feel like a mini Easter egg hunt. That said, staying in the fairway turns this from a gripe into a non-issue. All in all, Western Hills is a solid choice for a fun, friendly round—and I’ll definitely be back (hopefully with fewer detours into the clover!
Nice course
F friendly course. Nice course to play for all people.
Is this a joke
Played solely based off reviews. Multiple 4 and 5 star reviews so I thought I’d make a small road trip to try it out. This was a huge waste of time the hole course is just random types of grass and clover. the only redeeming factor is the greens were puttable.
One of the best values in golf
Greens are great right now for a winter course. Great value for a course that has a little bit of everything to offer as far as game play.
Terrible Etiquette
No course oversight. There 14 carts on 3 holes and no one was giving the opportunity to play through.
