Hot fun in the summertime.
The fairways and bunkers were exceptional considering the heat we have this summer. The greens showed some distress but again not bad for the summer conditions. Nice layout and several challenging convex greens. The staff was congenial and the value was excellent.
Good
Fairways were in excellent shape, greens were a lil rough but not bad at all. Higher price than I would have thought considering surrounding courses
First Timer
First time playing here and enjoyed it a great deal! Course as a whole was in great shape. Greens were great but some starting to look at little thin in spots. Kid in the pro shop was very friendly. Fairways are very wide but don't take that for granted. No issues with pace of play. Will definitely be back to play again.
Worthwhile Option
A totally worthwhile track, with a few really neat holes, but not much over the top 'wow' factor. Greens were rolling really nice the day we played. Not a lot of variance between regular and back tees, but not an issue for me.
Great pace
Played on a weekend and while the course was busy we had a nice pace and only waited occasionally. Fairways were nice but the rough was a little long which caused some lost balls.
Awesome round
First time playing the course but it will now become a frequent stop. Great shape, fast pace and amazing value. Everyone was very friendly. Definitely will be playing again!!
A local favorite.
I have played OCCC 8 times already in 2020. It's always a pleasure and always a challenge. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and the course is always in fantastic shape. The greens are CRAZY FAST when it's dry, which is always fun. Good tee shots are rewarded and less than stellar ones are punished. Fair and challenging, just the way golf should be.
Great layout, long second shots. Greens were in excellent condition.
Due to very heavy overnight rains, course was wet, so little ball roll. This made for long second shots. Greens were in excellent condition, and the course layout was very nice. Play was slow due to carts on path only. In a drier day, would get round in less than 4 hours. Lots of good beer choices at the 19th hole.
Took entirely too long to play !
It took entirely too long to play.The course was wide open except for the twosome in front of us.They were more concerned about their conversation than holding everyone else up or letting anyone pass.We had a long wait on every tee box.Frustrating! Turns out they were members.Go figure!We finished just after sundown. We still had a good time and will probably try the course again.
Measures short but elevted greens adds a club. Enjoyable.
The greens had been topped a few weeks ago and still a little bumpy. October...zoyza starting going dormant.
Avg course
Avg course with a very nice staff. With that said a ranger would help pace of play
Good play for the money
Course was in good condition and staff was friendly. Limited driving range..irons only, but balls were included with the deal. Did play a little slow the day we played but it was on a beautiful Friday late morning which may have had something to do with it.
