Great course
Great course, everything your average Golfer would appreciate it.
If they would only let you take the golf cart to your car to load and unload, would make it even better.
Pace of play….
Pros: greens were in very good shape, small and tricky which the course requires due to its open layout and short distance
Cons: 5+ hour round
Should be able to walk or ride this course in 3 -3.5hours. Not sure if it was the ability level of the golfers in the groups in front of us but pace of play was probably 1.5 - 2 hours longer than it should take even on a Saturday. Staff was friendly and gave the impression we would be in for a sub 4 hour round.
Give it a try during the week or in the off-season.
The course is in great shape but the pace of play is very slow after the 4th hole. Marshalls should not allow a foursome to take 5-7 minutes to tee off. If you think this is ridiculous set your watch and see how long it feels. Outside of that, everything else was great. My suggestion…play during the week, not on a holiday or weekend.
Surprised
Played this course 5 years ago and due to a 4 hour front 9 (left as I couldn’t stand it any longer)said I wouldn’t be back. Although the round took 5 hours, the condition of the course was nice. Not perfect by any means, but very playable. Greens were very nice and putted pretty consistent. The starter was a young lady and was very personable, can’t say that for the guy in the pro shop. Overall was a nice round on a pretty nice course. A ranger would speed play as the group in front of me had at least a hole and a half open in front of them. Pretty sure I’ll be back…
nice course but staff needs work
Not a bad course at all for 42$, but the staff is absolutely horrendous here. Nothing but disrespect and all they want to do is rush you. Not to mention the older gentleman riding around yelling at everyone...
Good course to play.
Great place to play. Owners are on sight and very easy to deal with. All golfers who play at Wetlands are easy to deal with also.
Great Round of golf!
First time playing Wetlands, I’ve always heard the pace of play was slow and the course was not in good shape. Let me tell you, the course was in great shape, the pace of play was probably one of the best I’ve played all year. To finally top it off, the staff was amazing, to the point I stopped in at the turn for a drink and the nice lady remembered my name. Will be looking to play this course more throughout the year!
Wetlands Golf Course
Great course, usually grab the hot deals which is a good value. Friendly staff, would recommend! Pace of play could be a little better but not too bad.

Gold tees ridiculously placed forward on front nine. Reached par 5, #3 with drive and 7 iron. All traps were awful. It appears that none had been touched with a rake for days. I really mean NONE.
#12 par 3 says 81 yards to the middle of green. Today’s pin was red. Played about 60 yards downhill. By far, the shortest hole that I have ever played in my 55 years of golf. Do you really want that distinction?
$31 twilight rate not a value considering the course. Inside staff very professional and courteous. Starter/Marshall grouchy and lacks customer service skills.
