Executive at Hog Neck Golf Course

Saw two eagles in their nest in hole two!!! Front pretty dry back total mud fest. Two holes in back now par three due to excessive moisture. Porta potties get thumbs up from my hot babe. In decent shape for winter. Was a good time on New Year’s Eve!!!! No consessions in winter dec-mar. Will always okay again.

Cool course and good value for the money. Booked on golf now for $40 cart included.

Good layout for all level golfers. Front nine and back nine are like two different courses. I really liked that.

Played in late fall and course was in good shape. No complaints. Would play again.

Course is in great shape...#1 green isn’t doing well, but the rest of the greens are in great shape - rolling true. Rest of course is in outstanding shape too. Friendly staff every time I’ve played there. Highly recommend experiencing Hog Neck!

Not just this year but past years too it’s been too wet on back nine to enjoy. We have had a lot of rain but they need drainage installed and unlikely to happen on my personal muni course due to big expense.

That being said I love the front nine and it’s always drier because less trees and further from the water sources.

Playing in November is a treat. We drove an hour to play here, and don’t regret it. Very nice course. Conditions were not pristine, but that was due to previous wet weather. We will put it on our list for next year.

The course should have been closed. The cart were naturally on the path. The fairways were so wet and I lost so many balls hit in the fairway that were plugged.

Putting Greens were very nice. Thats about it.

Cart paths only, fairways muddy, over grown rye green. Made you think you were in the rough all day.

Its a shame they charge people full price when the course is like that. All about what they can get out of people I guess.

Last outing was only days after a lot of rain and back doesn’t drain well at all (talking mud soup) front was dried since more open to sun and wind. Realize Mother Nature not courses fault but the back has drainage issues.

That being said it’s a fun course and in nice shape!!

First time playing there in over a month. Greens too slow, rough NEEDS to be cut. Fairways good.

Staff was very helpful changing tee time to accommodate my brother who had an emergency. I played as a single and had no groups behind or in front of me. Course was water logged after 4 straight days of rain. As to be expected conditions where not pristine, but fairways and greens were in good shape but running very slow. Many tee boxes chewed up and not in good shape. All around a good experieince and will continue to golf there when I am in the area.
