Championship at Cyprian Keyes Golf Club

My first time playing Cyprian Keyes and what a challenge. It's a good test of your game, but bring some extra balls. Tree lined fairways with protected areas and lots of underbrush. If you're ball isn't straight, pull another from your bag. Some interesting hole designs, but several par 4s with hard doglegs and fairway runouts at 220 yds. Target golf for certain.

The course is in good shape, greens are fast and rolling true. Lots of elevation changes creates challenges to your shot making, it demands your attention. Not a walking friendly course, but can be done, be ready for some steep hills.

Nice course & pace of play was exceptional for a Friday.

The most recent winter was really rough, and the course shows it. The first green was in particularly bad shape. The greens were recently aerated but not too bumpy. The tee boxes are in bad shape. I've been playing here since the day it opened, and enjoy the layout even though it is extremely unforgiving. The course was in great shape the past few seasons, and I hope it recovers soon.

Greens are punched. Pace of play is horrific. Public courses in MA can just do whatever they want. People will still show up.

Fun target golf. Pure greens. Would have said that even if I didn’t make almost every putt I looked at but I did. Greens are puuuure

Person Incharge Proshop was very rude and unprofessional.

I GM felt like discriminated the way he approached me to fix a divid after a shot I took.

I understand divids should be repaired. But as I played my round I noticed thousands of divids through course wasn’t treated by prior golfers but this person decided to pick on me in a very unprofessional manner.. “FIX YOUR DIVIDS OTHERWISE YOU WON’T BE PlYAYING MUCH GOLF TODAY.”

He could have been somewhat professional about how to approach.

Golf teach you to be professional and patient..

I don’t think this guy is Fit to be involved with any Golf operations.

He made me feel so humiliated in front of saveral people that were playing on the course.

It rained off and on through out our round, course was is great shape, not many golfers, so pace was whatever we wanted it to be. Wife loved the fact they had a full bathroom strategically located in the middle of the course. LOL The different topography of the course and layout, making sure you select the right club a necessity.

We will return, hopefully on a better weather day.
