It's not often I put a divot in the green, but I took the complimentary tool and low and behold I needed it! Photo submitted by O2GrampaThom on 10/05/2019
$22 was good value through Golfnow.com,regular rate of $39 is too high.
Course slowly improving over the last few years.
Ok
We had a good time. Only 9 holes, but you play twice.
Great Tiki Bar!
Nice small 9 hole course. Friendly staff. Tiki Bar was fantastic.
Nice Course for value
Staff was excellent. Price with hot deals was 20 for 18 and a cart which is good. 9 hole course had two do twice. Issue is the boxes are in real bad shape. Greens were good though.
Huge improvements
Whoever has taken over the maintenance of this course is doing a fantastic job. Didn't play it last year because I knew they were working on it and it has transformed to being nicely manicured. The outside bar was an awesome place to relax and have a bite and drink. Friendly staff.
Average
Only a 9 hole course, you play twice to make up 18. Price was a little high for the condition of the course, but not terrible I suppose. Nice outdoor bar/patio. Staff was cool. Nothing unique about the course, fairly straight, but could use a little grooming. Overall not bad. I’ll play again here for sure.
Good round
Very nice course, set amongst some rolling hills. Allowing for several terrain changes including an uphill par 3, a long sweeping dog leg right par 5 and a final 3 holes that hit over a brook and valley. The low spots on the course hold some water and the t boxes have seen better days but overall above average conditions. The club features an outdoor bar area with a great menu including brick oven pizza, also there is a day spa on premise for the wife and a salt water pool for the kids (single day passes available).
This course needs work
I’ve only played this course on a hot deal. Not worth paying the regular round price. The greens are fairly good, but the tee boxes are in tough shape for the most part. Fairways are in decent condition overall.
good value
Little wet out there, but to be expected. Not a huge fan of the 2nd hole, but for $31, i felt it was a good value. Will play here again.
fall golf
ok for price paid.there were many leaves on fairways&greens and some bare spots in fairways&greens were lumpy, but not to bad
Too many sandbaggers
Pace of play was soooo slow. No ranger or staff out on the course what so ever. Golfers just skipping around from hole to hole and cutting others off. Proper golf attire was not required, hence all the sandbaggers on the course. I’ll never play at this joke of a course again!
$10 for 18 with a cart on golf now. Beautiful layout but lacking quality around tee boxes. Often times their greens are soaked in the morning making it impossible to put. Never anyone on the course from 8-2, fairly simple course well worth the money.
Many Improvements
This was my home course over the summer because I loved the friendly staff, the food, and the layout. Staff is the nicest at any course Ive been to. Although the course is just 9 holes, there is extreme variety in the length and the way the holes play, giving a chance to touch on all parts of my game.
Greens are good, fairway is good too. The staff is trying very hard to get this course in shape, and they've succeeded in a lot of places, course is looking the best it ever has and is still getting better. After some improvements to the Tee-Boxes the course will be fabulous. Course plays very fairly give it a shot it will give you a challenge.
mixed bag
First the positives:
Staff could not be nicer and they have a bangin' Tiki Bar off the 18th green.
Layout is very good. Greens are slow but roll true.
Now the not so positives:
Tee boxes are beat up. They need to close them for the year and reseed them all.
Hole #3 is a par 5 with about a 20 foot landing area. Really not a well designed hole. I hit a solid drive from the back tees down the right side of the fairway and lost the ball.
All in all a good 9-holer that could use a little TLC.
