Rockland Golf Course

Course was in good shape greens need some work, but I’ve noticed a lot of other courses are having the same issue. All in all really good conditions staff extremely friendly. The starter is a great guy. We were paired up with two young men 1516 years old were involved in the golf programs that they have at the course and they shot extremely well so you know the programs are working all in all great time.

The front nine was open and there was a back up on each and every hole therefore I was only able to play nine holes.

Great chipping and putting practice.

Despite hot weather, mild drought going on,

Greens are in very good condition.

I made this tee time by mistake, thinking it was a regular course. It turned out to be a Par 3 course. I ended up really liking the course layout and difficulty. Greens were a little patchy with repairs underway but still fast. The course is difficult and made it interesting. I will play here again.

Really fun Par three! Took a buddy who had never played before and I think this course was perfect for that.

Rockland was in fairly good shape some fairways were soggy and a couple of greens need a little seeding. But coarse is fairly open this time of year without brush growth, so it was easy to find errant shots.

Greens look better every year tee boxes are rough but course is improving

Golf course is in rough shape greens were 50/50

Very slow because of the condition. For a municipal golf course 3 stars. All the tee boxes were in lousy shape.

Rate of play horrible/ horrendous 4 hours for a par 3

I will never return…..
