Odd day
Typically one of my favorite spots. Today…not so much. Tee time ran 20 minutes late. Club was significant short on carts. Multiple groups over 4 players. No ranger to maintain pace of play. Aggressive staff. Probably won’t be back. Darn shame.
Great value for the money!
Staff was great greens were in very good shape, fairways needed some work .
Good for first time out this season; needs some work
Tee boxes could use some work - lots of bare spots. Fairways very hard. Greens in good condition but slow. Some holes you cannot see the green because of downhill or uphill dogleg. Bar was open at the turn but when we finished - 4:30ish, bar was closed. Some holes had many trees cut along fairways and that left a lot of wood chips off roughs.
Course was in great condition!
The fairways & greens were in great condition! Had a great Mothers Day golfing 18 with my son! Never had a wait at tee box. Proshop staff were helpful & friendly.
Nice course; friendly staff
Played here early May. Greens were just coming back from aeration; inconsistent as some recovered better than others. Very hilly with some drops in terrain. Some fairways narrow entry from tees. Staff very friendly and courteous. Good value.
Course could use a little work.
This is the second time I’ve played S.H. The greens here are in phenomenal shape, The fairways are decent. The rough areas are pretty bad here. Hard and matted down making for awful lies if your not in the fairways. It really makes for difficult shots unless you hit every fairway. Even a bunch of the fairways are more like normal grassy areas than “fairway”. All in all it’s a fun hilly course. Unfortunately if I’m making the trip to the cape there are so many other courses that are far superior and I would have played those other courses if there were the times.
It Was Cold
Haven't Played Much Winter Golf This Season and This was Winter Golf In March Windy , Gust As Much As 28 MPH But My Wife And I Played And Finished , The Staff And The Grounds Crew Are Doing A Lot Of Tree Work And Cart Paths Being Installed. The Restaurant Upstairs Is So Good And The Prices Are Great And Everyone Who Works There Is So Nice. Service With A Smile. Go Play And Enjoy The Whole Experience.

I’m usually a bogey golf, and this course has an easy rating, yet it gives me a good challenge every time I play there.
Slow 🐌
Can't blame them for trying to get their money but they pack in the times on top of each other causes some big back ups sometimes 3-4 groups waiting on one tee.
Greens were in great shape!
The greens played fast for the fall. The fairways were clear and in very good condition.
