Great course for the price, Food was expensive
Been here a few times now, always a lot of fun to face the challenge that this course really is. Decent fairways and tee boxes, greens are generally in good shape and always tough. Not many hazards but lots of hilly terrain and dog-legs. Highly recommended to anyone who is within an hour from the cape. Only thing I have negative was that while the hot dogs were delicious, they were $6.50 a piece

Always loved the layout. Great value today.
Perfect day for golf. Played behind a league. No great hold up, but flew on the back nine. We had a 1 o’clock tee time. It was 42 bucks on golf now. Well, well worth it. Unfortunately, the lounge isn’t open for the season yet. The wife and I enjoy to rehydrate. But the course was in very nice condition. The green were impeccable!!! Back nine is a lot hillier than the front. But still very wide open. And the gentleman in the pro shop is incredibly nice. If you want a good value, check out this place. We definitely will be back, and I travelled from Dartmouth to play. 👍

Is there a place worse???
This place is the worst course I’ve ever been to keeping in mind I golfed it early, but I realized I golfed it before this and walked off cause the conditions. There was no grass…
We are sorry to hear that Sandwich Hollows was not up to your expectations. We are under construction right now with the installation of a full irrigation system. So some areas are pretty torn up. That is why we extended our winter rates into April. We are looking forward to the new system being fully operational by Summer and hope that you will come back and play once we have water on all areas of the course.
A jewel
Overall the coarse was laid out nicely. Few minor rough areas but to be expected after winter. Club house bar and grille had a nice menus and draft beer selection. Very friendly staff and quick service

Front Nine Closed
We were told when we arrived to play the back nine twice since they were working on the front. That was okay, but the 13th is in horrible shape--raw, with rocks everywhere. Hopefully they'll fix that within the net few weeks.

60 degree day in February
Weather this nice had to take advantage. The course is installing irrigation over the winter, so the front nine was closed. Played the back nine 2x. Bit of a back up at the turn, but otherwise a fine day. Pretty good shape given it’s February in New England.

very cold and windy
The course is nice and the staff is great and the food place up stairs everyone is great and the food is really good , the breakfast I look forward too when playing golf if I can get to the course early enough.

Love traveling to Sandwich Hollow for Bonus Golf, Great staff, TOM and the rest of the staff are very welcoming, that goes along way for me when traveling about a hour form Wilmington, already looking to get down there again, GREAT Hot dogs on the turn,

winter golf fun
The staff here is great , the people are so nice nice and I enjoy playing here.
I look forward to breakfast up stairs and they are great as well. It was cold and windy but its winter golf play or stay home.

Best value in eastern MA
I've been playing this course for 15-plus years during visits to the Cape.
There are better courses on the Cape, but they charge a lot more and aren't anywhere near being that much better. This is a legit course, moderately challenging, with good conditions, and very reasonably priced. It's flat-out the best value in eastern MA.

Played here a bunch, it’s been good in the past. Front 9 under construction now and they are not dealing with it properly.

We are so happy you enjoyed your round here at Sandwich Hollows. We are in the process of finishing our irrigation project and we know the course isn’t at its best. But we do appreciate your kind words. We look forward to having you back. And we did check with The Clubhouse Sports Bar and Grille regarding the cost of the hot dogs you purchased. Because they are ¼ pound hot dogs they are a little more expensive. But hopefully you enjoyed your meal and golf and we hope to see you again soon.
