Nice course In Sandwich, Ma a few miles from Canal
Sandwich Hollows is a great course just over the Sagamore Bridge on Cape Cod . Good variety of holes and well landscaped lots of hills , no water , some well kept traps .

Nice "Olde Cape" style course
Interesting old style course - bunkers guarding the fronts of greens, long down and up slope fairways, several hard doglegs (to get all the holes in!). Well-maintained, esp the greens, which were very good to excellent, and the fairways, good to very good. The rough is rough - scrubby oak and sand over stones. Challenging angles on approaches if you're not careful. Some lovely vistas and downright fun holes. Enjoyable round and a well organized experience.

Sandwich Hollows
Very nice course. I could not believe how hilly the course was being on the Cape. Lots of scouting ahead needed to ensure not hitting into the group in front. Five hour round. Not used to that slow pace of play. Overall though a good experience. I will play the course again.

Nice layout but needs some work
Several straight forward holes on front 9 but more hilly and difficult on back 9. Some tee boxes were more sandy than grass but most greens were in good shape.

Very slow play
Played here on a Saturday morning and have never experienced a slower golf course in my life. Once we got to the back 9 it took well over an hour to get through 2 short par 4s and there was no ranger in sight. When we went back to the starter and the pro shop to notify them, we were told this was standard pace for a Saturday. If you choose to play this course bring a book, or have a tv show loaded and ready to binge.

For me, I wish for the entire staff experience to be cordial, sincere and welcoming.
Sandwich Hollows delivers on this quite well.
My recent and second outing had us being greeted at an ungodly, early hour and with two different interactions with Cart Team, one with the Pro Shot check in, one with the morning cook and lastly be a woman from management, everyone greeted us with a smile and a "how can we help you. It doesn't get any better when we skip the "pretentious course experiment" and are simply treat cordially. Lastly the greens are in excellent condition and love the course overall.

Where’s the water
When you play a course on Cape Cod, you expect to see some water- not here.
No dog legs, everything is straight with scrub pine on both sides of all the fairways. If you hit the ball in the woods, you can kiss it goodbye.
Greens are in great shape. Nice course overall.

Great course to go with friends
Slow pace of play, bad fairways, but an awesome layout with decent greens. Always a go to on weekends due the the massive amounts of tee times available. To include a full bar, beer cart and some of the best course food around
