Very slow
5 hour 45 minute round on a Saturday afternoon. Not ideal. Personally not a fan of the layout lots of blind shots and found myself on a side hill lie often. Short grass 30 yards before the greens and the greens themselves were great, everything else not in good condition. But, really it was the pace of play that killed my experience here. Not fun waiting 5-10 mins every tee box.
Sandwich Hallows
This course was great. The fairways were wide, well manicured as well as the greens. Staff was very helpful on the course and in the restaurant. I highly recommend this course!

Need some improvements but still fun day......
Will start off with that we still enjoyed our round. It's always better golfing instead of being at work... The greens were decent to above average . The fairways have different types of grass with weed type patches everywhere and many of the tee boxes were poorly kept. Many had sand instead of grass. That was pretty annoying! Round was slowwww due to the 4 some ahead of us playing the blues yet had no business playing from them and took forever to hit next shots. Also we saw them hitting 3-4 balls each off tees which held everyone else up. Fix those tee boxes!!!!

Great short track
Cons:
-Fill up water cups before going out.. There is no weekday beverage cart and no water at all on the course. I was actually surprised that they don't allow coolers, but they have no water and no beverage cart.
-Cart paths could use some work.
-No ranger or starter moving people along. We actually skipped in front of a group and there were 2 to 3 open holes.
Pros:
Fantastic, soft greens, green grass. I took my father who is a recreational golfer and the distance was perfect for him. It is really a nice little course that you can play without needing to use your driver much.

Pure Golf
Upon arrival to the course the front circle near the fountain was surrounded by old restored art. Great entrance to a great golf course. All personal we meet were very friendly. All golfers we met were very friendly. That makes for a great round of golf. It's amazing in today's day that you can play a golf course with no homes on it. Pure golf. If you get the opportunity go play SHGC.

Sandwich Hallows
The course is very picturesque. There are lots of blind tee shots and up hill shots. Fairways and greens were in excellent shape. The tee boxes are a different story. Most of the white tee boxes are not level at all. Other than the tee boxes a great course to play.

Fun but grounds crew were obstacles every hole
Played here twice in a row on vacation and it was definitely worth the money, one downside was it felt like the people maintaining the course were in the way and heavily distracting on almost every hole, on one of the par threes a guy literally pulled his truck up 10 yards from the rough of the green, it really threw me and the guys I was playing with off thinking about not hitting this guys car while teeing off

Great Enjoyable Place
My wife and I play here mostly in the Fall and winter and we have been here a few times this spring till now and enjoy the course, the layout is great the people from members to the staff in the pro shop and the dinning area has a great breakfast and lunch, dinner menu to enjoy if you want to make a full day of it. The starter was nice guy to talk too and very pleasant sometimes you to places and the starter and a few other people have a chip on there shoulder or something but this place is as good as it gets with everything they offer.
