Sandwich Hollows is OK nothing more.
Golfed Sandwich Hollows on 08/01/17. Encountered a problem at the start. The group I was supposed to go with left 10 minutes early. I went with the next group, without a cart. Not only did I have to walk, I had to carry my clubs.. There was no time to go back to the Pro Shop and try to get another cart, as the mens league was going off right after the group I went with, and they were calling out the names to get to the tee. it was either go then or wait for the league to go, which had several foursomes. The course was in OK shape, nothing more. I will not rush to go back.
Excellent greens.
Nice layout with decent length. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Pace of play was brutal. Took 3.5 hours to get to hole 11 and then we finally quit. Couldn't take it any more. The ranger should have been moving people along. Not enjoyable to play 21 min holes. Very hard to stay focused

nice course love the front, back is not so hot. bunkers screaming for sand. driving range is the best on the cape.

Take a cart
This course is not long. It is however hilly and narrow. Greens are in good shape. The green speed is on the slower side, but consistent thru all 18.
The employees in the pro shop were very friendly. They have a beverage cart that comes around regularly.
Surprisingly hilly
Front nine has moderate elevation changes. Back nine had some severe changes in elevation.
Good course
Nicely maintained, great putting , chipping and driving area for pre game warm up. Layout is nice, some blind holes, mostly open fairways.

Conditions
Fairways, Tee Boxes and greens in good shape. First cut higher than I like. Many of the boundary areas where dry, burnt out and lacking in grass

Need rangers to manage the play
We were stuck behind a group of women that were playing as a fivesome. Why are they allowed to play like that? It was very frustrating and ended up quitting on hole16
