Dry Course Conditions
The fairways were in decent shape; but if you happen to be in the rough, the ground was dry and hard. Greens had been recently airated and were slow and bumpy. Other than that, it is a nice muni course and well worth the discount I had.
Poor Conditions
Very Low tier municipal course. Random weeds growing on the greens and crappy tee boxes. On 2nd hole the group was trying to putt and a greenskeeper kept mowing the green. Cost efficient for someone trying to work on target practice though

UNICORN GC has an exceptional staff and the course is in nice shape too! Always enjoyable at UNICORN.
Wont recommend to anyone
For a few good reasons.
- Although they change owners once a season it seems to go down in quality instead of improve.
- never saw a course that attracts more 50+ handicap then this one.
Expect to have to wait to tee off not only for the foursum that still hasnt teed off but when it is your turn, be sure to watch for the rookie who is inconsiderate and playing his out of bounds lie not realizing hes part of the reason everything is so backed up.
- more rookies on course means more uncontrolled shots and they dont call fore because dont know what it is. Wear a helmet or be very weary
- fair ways are in poor conditions so I wont elaborate on the rest.
- greens are acceptable.
Great forgiving course for an average golfer.
Im and average golfer. This is a forgivint course if you’re working on curing a slice or have an errant shot. You wont loose many balls here. Pace was good for a busy sunday morning, never got jammed up. Would definetly come back.
Zero Stars
Took me over 3 hours to play 9 holes with a cart because we were waiting behind a literal line of people at each tee box. Would give this course zero stars if I could.
For $25 ya get ya swings in
Can hit every club and course is in decent shape for the amount of play it gets.
Not as green as it used to be.
Ive played this course for years and it always used to be the greenest course around, not so much anymore. Needs more irrigation or better chemicals. Still a good course and its good length gets me to come back.
Fix that fourth hole
Course is in great shape. The fourth hole, par three needs work on the fairway, but otherwise the course is very well maintained.
good for a quick practice round
good course for overall value. waaaaaayyyyyy too many ball marks on the greens. good for a 9 hole practice round during the week
