Less than 0 stars if I could
First off, we booked online with a cart and when we arrive they say it's too late for carts because they leave at 630... Meanwhile the guy at the front desk was still here when we left. On top of that terrible course to walk because the course is in such terrible condition. Teeing off is like hitting out of the rough. The only well maintained area is the greens which still had debris and ball mark everywhere. As an out of towner Im really disappointed and would say save your time and money or spend a little extra and go somewhere else
Oaks
I enjoy this course because it allows me to focus on my iron work. I think this course could use a good landscaping of all the holes and fix the grass areas that would be the fairways in front of the greens. Otherwise it’s a perfect course to work on different parts of your game that is not driving with your driver.
It is a muni par 3, Don't over think it.
It is a good place to get a quick round in. Greens are a little beat up, but playable. Fairway's are rough. Being a par 3, that isn't a big deal. I play it once a week by myself before work. If you can't hit par here, than you shouldn't be complaining about course conditions anyways. Take if for what it is.. a good practice par 3 that is cheap and has early and late tee times.
Nice easy par 3 for a quick afternoon round
Nice easy par 3 for a quick afternoon round. Nothing to complain about, aside from other golfers littering their empty cans, the course is upkept well and easy to play, took an 1hr 45m
Poor conditions but effective...
Poor conditions for walking and/or driving a cart. Lots of woods for such a small dense area. Short course but not easy for a beginner considering you have to hit it straight off the tee. Easier said then done for a beginner. That being said, it's a good starter course for a beginner.
Set your expectations low and you’ll enjoy yourself
Every cart is broken, every hole is backed up, and every tee box is all dirt, but if you’re looking to get in somewhere quickly for a not-so-serious game this is your place. Good for new golfers as well.
Call it beginning of the season
There was more dirt than grass, and again this is New England. Dead leaves all over the greens. Is what it is for $10
Unexpected hills
You get what you pay for. It was a nice day to smack around this easy par 3 course but, as the title says, I didn't expect the hills. 1 and 2 go sharply up while 8 and 9 come, yup, sharply down. 3-7 kind of meander up a down to a lesser degree. All tees are elevated and many greens drop off rather strongly so it is more fit for a mountain goat tan me.
All in all, don't go there if you have a bad knee or 2 or any walking difficulty.
Lots of leaves
The course wasn't well kept. Lots of leaves everywhere and the greens were just unplayable.
