Finally…
I’ve been wanting to play this course for a while now, and I was not disappointed.
Upon arriving, I found the parking lot to be jammed packed. However, upon checking in, I was told I was next up, and I could go when I was ready. Even with the number of cars and golfers on the course, not once was pace of play an issue. Everyone I encountered, both staff and patron, were very friendly and courteous…to include the Marshall
The course was very well maintained. Fairways and greens were excellent, and very fast.
My only comment (and not a complaint) regarding the layout has to do with how open the course is. Many of the fairways run parallel to each other, and because of the slight rises in the terrain, it was on occasion, difficult ensuring I was tearing off into the correct fairway. Fortunately, the scorecards has the course layout, and with some studying of the card…all was well.
Overall, an excellent course, that I look forward to playing again.
The course is in very good condition. The fairways, greens and tee boxes are maintained and the rough is defined from the fairways. The holes are simply structured with the 16 th hole being the most challenging. The greens are crowned and difficult to hold a good golf shot. Overall an interesting round of golf especially from the gold tee boxes.
Beautiful Rural Area
Outstanding layout, only a little over 6000 yds from the tips, but very challenging no matter your handicap. Very friendly staff!
Needs some TLC
Had the first time of the day, and walked 18 in 2:49 (Including waiting on the grounds crew 30+ minutes, cutting greens & fairways).
The greens were nice, rolling nice & true (Could have been faster though)
Most tee boxes were in rough shape along with quite a few spots in fairways. I like the layout, just wish they would put some more Money into the course
Also the cart paths, they have replaced a few around the course, but some areas are just god awful, especially on holes 5 and 11
Great Day and course!!
We teed off at 1pm and had a great day on the course.. The fairways were well kept tee boxes were good but not great but at least level and most were in great shape.. the greens were punched a few weeks ago and have fully heeled and were in excellent shape.. not super fast but definitely not slow and rolled true.. the staff was amazing as they usually are.. played a few tournaments here in the past but this was my first time there on my own.. pace of play was fine and kept moving just fine.. the golf carts are fairly new and have usb chargers for your phones and devices on the course if you ever need charging I would definitely play here again.. and the kitchen is only open certain hours in the afternoons 11-6 on weekends but food is excellent and reasonably priced.. the bar is always open if the course is and Melissa who I met is super friendly and excellent behind the bar. You can start a tab and because of their updated billing system you can also add to your tab when the cart girls come through eliminating the need for cash on hand on the course and add it to your tab anywhere on the course which is convenient and good to keep moving along.. Danielle the GM is awesome and super friendly, nice, and accommodating to any of your concerns and or compliments alike.. I will definitely go back..
Poor pace of play
Me and my buddies usually go out every Monday. We’re early thirties usually shoot around 90-105. The pace of play here is horrendous. There are so many “leagues” of older gentlemen who play together and the end up backing everyone up. They usually have 4 or 5 slots taken up and they all just end up playing together. It’s horrible. The Marshall came out and told us about it and just said “expect it to be slow”. Unreal.
Fun Course
Nice little Course, plenty of Par threes, and nice short Par 4s
Met my expectations
Patrick is great in pro-shop and got me out as a single with no fuss. Nice to see upgrades underway on cart paths. Course in nice autumn conditions with well groomed fairways and greens. Some uneven tee-boxes under repair.
Beware of ongoing work
Several temporary tee boxes, and several others were in rough shape. Greens rolled nice
A Fun Day on a Fun Course
Got to go off as a single early in the morning and banged it around in under 3 hours. The course was in great condition with the greens and most of the tee boxes being in the best condition. The layout had some fun holes with some forced carries and the par 3 were all fairly long making for a good challenge of golf. The gentleman in the pro shop could not have been nicer and really helped this first timer playing the course.
Enjoyed playing here very much!
Fun course with nice greens. Staff was very nice, there’s a lot of positive repair and improvements happening on the course.
Would definitely come again!
Worst course ever
OMG this was the worst course I have ever played in my life.
Greens a total joke, ball does not roll but bounces in all different directions.
Along with a very poor layout.
Save your money
Needs work
Greens were in good shape, fairways were average, and tee boxes were awful. I only played 9 but that was enough. It was cheap ($17) but as they say, you get what you pay for. Probably a good place for beginners.
