Pine Knob
Love playing at Pine Knob, as it’s about 20 minutes from my house, easy to get to, and in my opinion better than the other Oakland county courses for the price. Only my second time playing here this year and course was in better condition than in May. A Weekend afternoon round was definitely not quick, but not the worst this year either (that’s more on the golfers in front of you not the course). New carts this year. New cart paths on majority of holes. Always recommend.
Pine Knob Great Sunday
This is one of our favorite public courses in SE Michigan. Played Eagle and Falcon - course in very good shape. Greens on first 14 holes very fast and true - appeared the last several holes greens were not mowed at the same time as the rest and thus slower. Good pace of play for a Sunday morning. Starters are always helpful and friendly. There really is not a bad hole on the entire 18. Good risk/reward set-up - will play course several more times this season.
Beauty
Wish I had played better, but the course was very beautiful. Starter was very helpful & friendly as were the pro shop people.

Great Course!
Awesome course and the first hole is a great start to the round. Scenic views all around and just an overall fun course. Pace of play could of been a little faster but besides that I would recommend this course any day of the week!
Fun Course
Played The Hawk, was a breezy day so had a few rogue shots, but great people and well maintained course.
July 4th
Course in good shape. Busy day but weather was good and didn’t have to wait too much on most holes.
Nice Course- No Push on League Groups
Round took almost 3 hours to play 9 holes on a weekday. League groups in front were awfully slow and saw a ranger on #3 but not again the rest of the evening. Pace of play side, solid course and value for price. Already booked another round here.
Greens
The course was in wonderful shape, and the greens were in perfect shape. Very nice to put on fast and true greens!
Pace of play for first nine was average. Pace for second nine was the slowest I have ever played. Spent over30 minutes on a par five waiting for the foursome in front of us. No rangers making people keep pace, unacceptable!!!!
