Course was in excellent condition. We always enjoy playing here, great value for an

above average course.

Played from the yellow tees, which was a great for my length of the tee. Got to use a variety of clubs from these tees. Greens were in great shape. My wife also like the layout.

Course is very well looked after. Highly recommended. Some difficult shots but definitely great course to improve the game.

Started on number 10 per pro shop, when we turned the corner pace of play stopped and they had started people now on number 1, put in a call per monitor on cart to ranger, no ranger ever came, when we finally thru 5 holes, hole number 6, I counted 9 players on this one hole, at that point I decided to leave, never finished round, it will be a long time before I play this course again, also this was the second time something like this happened, course needs better management.

Have played here twice this summer and had a good expieriene both times. Good layout and good condition. It played easier the second time knowing the layout.

Neat layout. Course was a bit soggy in areas due to recent heavy rains but overall a great deal.

Course was challenging but fair, grounds crew had it in pretty good shape as well. In cart gps was the best I've ever used, didn't even turn my Garmin on. will definitely be going back.

Very nice course. Great condition. Large undulating greens. GPS computers on carts are fun and helpful.

The round started out great and everything was going well until my car died and I had to push the cart the final three holes. I repeatedly pushed the alert for the ranger on the in cart screen without any response whatsoever. I eventually got a new cart when I arrived to the 18th hole after my drive and I called the clubhouse on my cell.

I was a little disappointed because the back nine was closed for spraying so we had to play the front twice. GolfNow didn't note that. The course is excellent. The greens are not particularly fast but true and in amazing condition. They have a nice mix of holes, some open others tightly tree lined. I can't wait to go back and play the back nine too, but I live three hours from this course.

The back nine was closed so we had to play the front twice. Normally this wouldn't bother me but the course is 3 hours from where I live and I wish GolfNow would have made note of that. The front is beautiful, interesting and in amazing condition for November in the Mid-West The greens are perfect, not particularly fast and roll true. i like the mix of holes, some through the woods and some open. The par 3s are fun and pretty. I will definitely go back next summer. I really want to see and play the back nine. I'm sure it's as wonderful as the front. The staff is friendly.

While the course was in excellent condition, my playing companion and I never got into a groove on the course as we were constantly being held up by 2 foursomes; whom refused to allow us to play through. We frequently were forced to sit and wait nearly 10 minutes between shots except when we reached the Greens, but once off waited 10-15 minutes again to tee off. This is not the first time this has been an issue at the Medalist for me and I was so disappointed in the lack of improvement I have no desire to play the course again; especially as difficult as the course is set up to be constantly waiting between shots is not beneficial to ones game.

There is nothing to fault on this course. Layout is beautiful. Variety of tee box to choose from. Choose wisely!

The only negative was lack of a ranger to keep pace of play and enforce course rules. There was a group of six playing together which backed things up considerably mid round.

Truly a quality course. Also a challenge for sure. Pace of play was a problem but all do to a large outing in front of us which was delayed as the course wasn't opened on time which set everything behind. Probably wouldn't happen again.

This one of the best in mid Michigan . Beautiful layout. Very challenging. Staff is excellent. Look forward to playing it again soon.

I found The Medalist to be a very tough course, made all the more difficult because it took 6 hours to play, which prevented me from ever establishing any kind of a reasonable rhythm, necessary in order to play your best. The course had a very large outing that used a shotgun start and combined with other sales completely blocked the course. Our tee time was 2:57 pm, but we didn't get to tee off until after 3:30, and finished after 9:00 pm. The course was completely over sold, and we were NOT advised of this when making the tee time. which is one of the hazards of using Golf Now.

Played on 7/16 and the course was in great shape. Very senic and nice layout. The greens were extremley fast but rolled well. Good food in the clubhouse.
